I've been a loyal customer of this business for several years (and three different cars). I have always been happy with the repair work performed, their more than fair service fees, and their friendly customer service. Every person I have ever worked with has been very knowledgeable and helpful. Most recently, Robert has gone above and beyond to get me taken care of. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The Auto Clinique team is great - knowledgeable, reasonable prices, honest, and provide great communication and service. We've had other auto shops try to convince us to do thousands of dollars in unnecessary work. The guys at Auto Clinique have always been honest and seem to provide a real estimate of what they'd do if it was their car. They are, and will continue to be, our first stop for any issues. Definitely recommend them!

The wiper motor on my 2017 Wrangler died on me. Thankfully it was covered under warranty. Highly recommend these guys. Jackson and team were friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to work with to get my repair done - and in half the time I was quoted at other shops. They handled all the comms with the warranty company (CNA Warranty) which made everything even easier for me. Hope I don’t need any more repairs, but if/when I do - I will definitely be back.

Those are my rear sway bar links old vs new and those pictures I have other pictures long story short they did what I asked them to do and they are honest about it with their pricing and their descriptions I'm extremely happy with their technical expertise is it just pictures of parts that I had replaced by them of my 2001 Dodge Dakota quad cab 4 by 4 with a 4.7 L motor I had a tune-up I changed an alternator add a new serpentine belt put in and other things I just can't remember right now but I'm extremely happy with her work and their labor and their speed of getting it all done

I came to Auto Clique to get my tints done on all of my windows. The customer service was amazing as well as how quick they got me in and out just like they said they would. I love the work they did. If I could leave zero stars, I would. When I first called this company I let them know what was going on with my car and asked if it was fine for me to bring it in After work since it’ll be the time that a lot of shops are closing. They told me to bring it in. After looking at it they advised that the AC discharge hose was leaking and needs to be replaced. The person who looked at my car proceeded to tell me that he added freon so it should last about two weeks before it runs out again. Mind you while all this was going on there were no charges/prices specified for any of the services or that there will be diagnostic fee. I understand that these fees normally come with mechanic shops; However, normal companies with integrity let you know In some type of way what the fees are before they provide any type of service on your car that you will be charged for. This company took it upon itself to do What they wanted, And expected you to pay whatever price they put out there afterwards. Then the man who actually looked at my car attempted to talk to me like I was an idiot saying “well freon isn’t free”. Well of course! I think even a teenager would know this. But tell me what you’ll be charging before providing any service that comes at a price. This too is also common sense! I don’t care whose responsibility it was to tell me what the pricing was. The way that I see it is the whole shop was at fault. The only reason I came to the shop is because it was close to my job but for all this I could’ve just waited and went to my own personal mechanic and got the job done Way lower for what they were charging Which is exactly what I ended up doing. If you’re thinking about coming here but expecting professionalism, please go to any shop but this one. I don’t recommend anyone coming here.

I would recommend these guys anytime. On a short time, they were able to take the screw out of our car’s number plate. We were trying to swap it with new one and it could not come out with any drill or machine. But they were able to quickly take out without damaging number plate area and even cared to install the new license plate that we had for no charge. I did not know that they are such a kind heart. I would come back if I have for any repair now that I know how honest they are!!!

Best customer service, always kind and respectful and truly care about each of their clients! The process was so easy and Mr.Ray was the best. I came in with a big dent and my bumper shattered and he was honest and told us what all the options were and helped us choose what was best for us. Great prices and truly my go to for any repairs as he has fixed hail damage on my car before too, I would not go anywhere else! Thank you guys so much again!! I bring my cars here for the regular maintenance I would rather have a mechanic do. Fast and good work. Honest folks! 👍 They have helped my daughter in college too with her car issues. They are a budget friendly repair shop.They give you quick quotes. Your car will be in and out in no time. They communicate very well and listen to customers needs. I love these guys! You will too.

My family and I have been loyal customers at Auto Clinique since 2019, have always trusted their good work! These days it is so hard to find honest car mechanics---in the past we have had so many shops and dealerships trick us into unreasonable repair jobs, but never at this business. Auto Clinique has been exemplary in their transparency and integrity. Robert, Jackson, and the team here are absolute rock stars; they all have great patience and attitude toward customers, and have been consistently thorough with their repairs. We've trusted the good men at Auto Clinique to perform a variety of jobs, such as wheel bearing replacement, brake and rotors replacements, electrical issues, and suspension/steering on a quite a few different cars we've owned, (Nissan, Mazda, Dodge, Jeep Wrangler, etc.) and the quality of their work has always been more than satisfactory. Hello everyone, my wife and I brought our 2008 Mercury Mountaineer in for a check engine light, it was the evap system, they found a crack in the fuel pump. I was there for 3 hours listening to the conversations, I enjoyed their explanations to customers, so they understood their diagnosis. They work on all vehicles, while there I enjoyed seeing a very clean 1979 Trans Am as well as a Mercury from the 1940s, talented crew indeed and they work on classics. They also have a Honda Guru so bring your questions.... <chuckles...> I will definitely bring my vehicles here from now on from everything like timing belts to strut/shocks, if it's broke or just routine maintenance you can trust them, they can give you a fair diagnosis with reasonable rates. Let them give you a quote...it's worth it.

I visited Auto Clinique after another business’s bad oil change required me to buy a new oil pan. The mechanics were very professional and thoroughly explained the issues with my vehicle, which was very reassuring for a young woman who doesn’t know much about cars. My car is working like new after their repairs. I highly recommend their services.
