I took the time to write a review on Facebook to commend a gentleman who helped me tremendously and delivered outstanding service at a VERY affordable price. Unfortunately, I encountered an unprofessional response from Trish Koehn, a co-owner of THIS business, who chose to react in a rather ungracious manner. Her attempt to dismiss my positive feedback not only surprised me but also raised serious questions about the company’s values. When business owners respond poorly to those who are simply expressing gratitude for excellent service, regardless if it’s your company or not, it reflects poorly on the entire establishment. It leaves me wondering about the overall culture within the company. Acknowledgment and appreciation should be encouraged, not met with jealousy and slander. Given this experience, I find it difficult to support a business that allows such behavior from its leadership. If co-owners are willing to undermine another’s praise, it’s hard to trust that they value their clientele or the hard work of their employees. Therefore, I would advise potential customers to be cautious when considering this business, as the professionalism and respect that ought to be foundational here seem to be lacking. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place for AC issues. I've had my blower motor replaced 5 times here since 2018 and it went out again, which is ridiculous. They're missing the root cause of why it keeps going out. Also, the last time I visited was because my ac was blowing out hot air, and they quoted me 2k to fix it. Instead I went to Firestone for a free AC diagnostic, and they fixed it for $250.

A big Thank You goes to Auto Check on Mason rd. I had purchased a new battery that was going out nearly two years ago. Today that battery failed. Luckily these things don't happen often. This is when Auto Check replaced that same battery within 30 minutes as i waited in the lobby. Outstanding customer service as always. Thank you!!!

Auto check gave me an amazing experience. Mr. Henry is the best!! He and his team did a wonderful job on my car as well as making sure the job was done by the time I got off work. He lifted my spirits on a bad day. It was worth the visit.

Henry Gonzalez (Service Manager ) did a great job with being professional and knowledgeable about our Audi A8L! This was my first time here and service 5 stars!!!! I’ll be bringing my BMW here. The are honest and prices are fair!!!

I don’t provide feedback often, but the 2 Auto Check locations on Mason Rd and Kingsland have had awesome customer service for many years. I bring all my vehicles + my kids vehicles there. The staff are honest and they try to present options to save you money.

This is the place to bring your car for maintenance and service. They provide friendly and professional services consistently. I have been a customer since 2020, and they are always fair and transparent with pricing, never trying to upsell you on anything. Communication has always been great, and they explain things about cars in a way that is easy to understand, even for someone who is not mechanically literate like myself. The service bay always looks neat, and the lobby area is always clean and stocked with refreshments. From the service advisor to the mechanics, everyone is friendly and professional. I highly recommend their service.
