Can't say enough good about Auto Check Katy and the owner. Bought a car from them that was taken in after the owner couldn't pay the repair bill. I was told that the engine was under warranty and he put that in writing, and came through when I had an issue. They are good people that care about their customers and outcomes. I am SOOOOO not a trusting person and try to do as much of my own work as I can, but due to the good experience with the car we took our Jeep to them to have about $3k of work done to it, which they came through on in spades. Well done guys, you are appreciated and recommended to everyone I know.

I had problems with my Cadillac Escalade 2017 and it was giving me so much trouble and I took my car to auto check in Katy and the staff was extremely courteous helpful and within an hour or so they were able to figure out the problem now I have one of those extended warranty plans and they had to call to get approval for the repairs the Approval process from my warranty was ridiculous. They were dedicated. They spent all the time explaining the problems and went back-and-forth with the warranty company, the company decided not to cover some of the labor after a lot of back-and-forth auto check elite actually decided to go ahead and do the work 100% all I have to pay was my deductible but what really resonated with me was the amount of time they spent making sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone out there. They’re great at what they do and they actually care about the customer. I give them five stars if possible I will give six stars. I definitely would thank you all to check in and I’ll be a customer for life.

Took in my car on Christmas Eve without reservation to have my brakes serviced. The crew were very friendly and job done quickly. Second time I've had services with them as they were honest and priced competitively. My friend recommended me to them and am happy with both services. Was nice chatting with Henry as I was waiting on the brake parts and services. Was very helpful with questions I had. Thank YOU Henry and to the ACE crew!

Where do I begin??? I started my vehicle a few weeks back and my dash lit up with the AEB, Lane Assist Warning, and Steering Wheel Warning lights illuminated. I opened my hood and found a RABBIT inside my engine!!! I IMMEDIATELY knew that was likely the culprit for the lights! I was then referred to "AutoCheck Elite" after the 1st repair shop didn't have the equipment to reprogram my vehicle. They'd already "consulted" with them about my car and they said they could re-program it... But they'd have to have it brought in, for them to confirm that's what it needed. Being "trusting" and "believing" both businesses "glowing" reviews... I THEN took it directly to them, not wanting to cause any potential damage. I then got ANOTHER RENTAL...I dropped my car FIRST THING on a Monday morning at Autocheck Elite. At drop-off, I Told Henry, that John f/Autocheck had spoken w/them about my vehicle... (I provided the the receipt for THOSE REPAIRS, and told them EVERYTHING from start to finish, so they knew EXACTLY what the issue was and WHY I WAS THERE). After 3 days later, I'd heard NOTHING! I called and was told... "We didn't see any issues, but we believe it needs to be reprogrammed... But we told John we only have a part of the system and not everything to do the reprogramming. We have a THIRD PARTY that DOES HAVE everything... So they're going to come in and give us their opinion." 2 DAYS LATER, on FRIDAY... NOTHING!!!! No word! I called and Henry said... "We reprogrammed your car (w/o consent), but it STILL didn't fix the steering issue/lights". He then suggested I get my insurance company involved." I then asked...Are you going to be able to FIX MY CAR, if they say yes? He said he was going to speak with "Milo" and get back to me. ONCE AGAIN...I NEVER HEARD A WORD BACK!!! I then called Monday morning and said... I reminded him, that he'd AGAIN... NEVER got back to me. I then just said I would come pick up my car and take it to the shop the insurance company referred me to... And he agreed that would make the most sense. TO MY SHOCK and DISGUST... When I went to pick up my car, he said it would be $650!!!! WHAT??? I NEVER RECEIVED A PRIOR QUOTE FOR ANY REPAIRS/WORK on my vehicle...NOR DID AUTHORIZE ANYTHING!!! After wasting $2100 SO FAR...It turns out it was the ONE THING NEITHER Shop bothered looking into...My STEERING Wheel Wiring harness/panel! Thank GOD, my car will now be SAFE & REPAIRED when I get it back! DISGUSTED & DISAPPOINTED!!!

These folks were awesome! Drove in from San Antonio, nonstop. We stopped at a Chick-fil-A. Came out, and the truck didn't start. Engine power reduced message was received. They got the truck and started running diagnostics on it. They ordered the part, and the dealership sent the wrong part. Well, it was closing time, so we were stuck in Houston. The correct part was received the next morning, and we were back on the road. Everyone was super nice and informative about the issue. I highly recommend them.

had a flat tire right in front of this shop. pulled over into the parking lot they told me to drive my non drivable vehicle off their lot while trying to put the spare on because I wouldn’t pay 175 for ONE new tire with them.

Another top tier experience at Auto Check Elite. Came in to address the A/C not working. They evaluated the issue, gave me ALL potential options and information so I could make the best decision for myself. And the repair turn around was quick. I really can't express enough my appreciation for them explaining potential issues and available options. I've been to multiple shops that will go straight to one (usually the most expensive) solution. And if that doesn't work, they say, "well if it isn't that, it could be this" and want to charge you new parts/labor cost to (re-fix) the same issue. Highly recommend Auto Check Elite on Kingsland

Had an electrical problem with a mobility lift (the power between it and the van was out) - we thought maybe the wiring had been damaged because we checked the fuse and other obvious things to check before you take it to the mechanic. Well turns out it was the fuse. They didn't charge a dime probably because it took all of five minutes of labor and fuses are inexpensive. We had previously brought the van in for paid work and we were happy with them but I wanted to write a review because this experience is a credit to their integrity, generosity, and honesty.

Auto Check Elite is an official Goodyear tire installer, so when I purchased our truck tires from Goodyear we went to Auto Check Elite to install them. Any employee we have spoken and interacted with have been amicable, professional and were attentive to our requests. I would recommend anyone I know to patronize Auto Check Elite for any vehicle need that Auto Check Elite services.

My experience was great. I told them the issues I was experiencing with my F150 and they immediately knew what was wrong. It was a big job replacing timing chains, phasers, etc. They completed the work timely and were very pleasant to work with.
