The employee is elderly and constantly complains, often in a bad mood. As a university student, he frequently treats me with disrespect, and his manner of dealing with others is inconsistent, depending on his mood. He is often rude.

Needed a last minute VA Inspection, had some worries I may need brakes (I did). They got me in, got the work done and out the door with no problems. Had some concerns I relayed to them about previous brake jobs, they said not to worry, and if I had any issues they'll take care of it. Got the car back, first time in years the brakes feel like they're supposed to, absolutely excellent service.

Unlike most shops that keep you locked in a lobby, both Samy and Mustafa (laidback and comical guys) included me in the experience, allowing me in their garage with them to walkthrough what they were doing. Everything about my visit felt very personable. It's also very nice to know that I'm walking away from a shop that values knowledge over emptying your wallet. I will be back, for sure.

Always a great experience at Auto Century University Mall! This shop gets customer service right, even when they are busy, they always take the time to fully explain the repair that is needed. The service was quick and at a reasonable price too. Hats off to the team.

Samy runs a great shop. Good prices, great labor, and an attention to detail. He's very transparent about what is and isn't needed; I've never felt pressured into a purchase from him. Samy is also very responsive, which is a huge plus in my book. I'd happily recommend his shop to anyone.

I went for my state inspection and oil change. The staff were wonderful! They were very thorough and great customer service. They made sure to lay down the expectations beforehand and then summarized what was seen throughout his service. They even put the car up afterwards when they saw my guard was missing some screws and hanging down underneath.
