Team at Auto Care USA - Briar Forest is rude (especially Daniel) and incompetent. I brought my BMW to them for a state inspection, they said it had some issue with emissions/ vapor detection system in the engine and charged me $1,100 for fixing it, I brought the car home and noticed that the ride back home was rough, I took it back, they said the rear shock had turned bad (never had any issue with them earlier), and asked for additional $800 to fix them, I am 100% sure it happened because they left the car on jack for a long time so the rear shock developed issues. I asked them to fix it and also do an oil change, by this time I had paid them >$2,000. I brought the car home and noticed that a flap at the bottom of car was left open and it was dripping engine oil. I call them and tell them (Daniel) abut consistent shoddy job, and they refuse to take any responsibility and instead behave rudely. These guys definitely don't understand anything about customer service and do a bad job. I would never recommend anyone taking their car to them for repairs/ maintenance, especially if you have a German vehicle (I don't think they have expertise for those but would charge you a high price). Hopefully you all benefit from my experience and not choose them.

Very kind and friendly people. I unfortunately had my tire burst out due to my car going over an open storm drain nearby this location, and they were extremely helpful in not only fixing the spare tire on my car for free but also helping out with coming over to that place where the storm drain was open, and help put the drain grill cover back (that cover had fallen in the drain somehow). Thank you so much!

very bad customer service i spent almost $7000.00 and still my car is not drivable but they are good for an inspection and changing oil don't trust this company

I found a good auto repair shop in my area. I've brought my Audi and Range Rover here for maintenance and repair on brakes, alternator, etc., and they were quick and reasonably priced. The manager and mechanics/technicians were excellent and knowledgeable. Recommended.

First time visit for oil change and tire rotation. Fast friendly service. I appreciated they found a nail and plugged my tire no charge. They took time to explain condition of my tires even though they didn’t carry a replacement at the time. Thanks

I went in to get a state inspection yesterday on 7/26/2023. It didn’t take that long but once I got back to my car my handle on the driver side was slightly sticking out. I had to force it back in. That has NEVER happened. Now when I am attempting to unlock my car door my handle sticks out at times, which is an eye sore & also an inconvenience to me. Arjan Rexho inspected my car, I’m not sure if it was him who caused this issue but I hope you be a little more gentle with door handles moving forward.

Don`t buy battery here, they will not honor the warranty! I bought an Interstate battery for my 2015 Mustang and in July 2021, before the warranty expiration, my battery was no longer holding charge. I had to use a jumper starter each 2 days. So, I brought my car to them to test the battery and a big guy in the front desk said that based on my car symptoms the problem was my car, not the battery! I kindly asked if it was possible just to check the battery to confirm that, but he refused saying it was a clear electrical problem in my car. I didn`t insist, just said no problem, thanks. After that I went to NTB without mentioning anything about warranty, they tested the battery and the results showed was necessary to replace the battery. They said if I had bought the battery there they would replace it for free under the warranty. As this dealer refused to test it, I decided going directly to Interested Central, located in Hwy 6. They tested and confirmed the battery was no longer working properly. As it was coved by the warranty they gave me a new one.

I asked the manager to show me how to check my oil level. He immediately came out to my car, checked my oil, added a quart and a half of oil, AND…..he DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!! That great service in my book! Great place for great service!!

I have always had quick and pleasant service at this location. While I appreciate their speedy turnaround with inspections, I was more impressed by their willingness to look at my car (free of charge) on two different occasions when I was slightly frantic and unsure of what could be wrong with my car. Once, I had my tires stolen off my car at the apartment complex next door, and I took my car to Auto Check as soon as my insurance company installed my new tires. I was concerned that my alignment might have been affected, and the guys at Auto Check refused to let me pay them for taking a look at it. (Thankfully, all was well.) I was once again distraught after hitting a large piece of debris on I-10, which had caused damage to my bumper. I took my car straight to Auto Check for an assessment. While they were looking at my car, I contacted my insurance company and learned that they would not guarantee payment if I didn’t do repairs through one of their authorized collision centers. I returned to Auto Check to retrieve my car and reluctantly take it elsewhere. When I asked what I owed them, Auto Check once again wouldn’t accept any money. I greatly appreciate the service I’ve received here!

If you have DARK TINT, do not go there they will take your money and mark you as a fail in the system. Nothing else was wrong with my car. I wish someone would've warned me ahead of time that my tint was too dark before they fail me. That way, I would have enough time to get the tint removed. They are trying to force you to go back to them or lose out on your money. Not too many places take failed inspections, they recommend that you go back to the same place that failed you.
