I've been really impressed with how things are ran over here. Mike Minton is a great person who really makes you feel valued. I came in with just a technical question after my dealer screwed me and he was able to answer it and tell me what I should do with the dealer to make sure I got what I deserved. I will definitely be bringing my car back to Auto Care USA the next time it needs service. IMO the best one in the area.

They’ve been taking care of my cars for a while now. I’m confident that my car will run longer solely due to their expertise. They give me recommendations on what’s needed to be done and when you should get it done by. The no BS, straight forward pricing is completely reasonable and you can rest assure that it will be done the right way. They caught problems on both my charger and infinity before they became serious issues. Keep up the good work guys, you definitely deserve my business!

Honest local auto shop. I wouldn’t bring my cars anywhere else for a maintenance and repair. Milad is always helpful, takes time to explain the problem, never do any unnecessary repairs and gives me a heads-up if there is any necessary maintenance in the future. I made a big and expensive mistake one time to tow it to Jiffy Lube when one of my cars broke down since Auto Care was closed. Milad told me (hopefully never but) next time, I can just tow, leave the car there and give them a call the next day. I recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for an auto shop you can trust!

I came in for a state inspection and initially failed. The machine said I was on the hook for a catalytic converter. The technician dug deeper and did a reset and recalibration. I drove 70 miles and brought the car back and passed state inspection. I highly recommend this establishment for it's quality of work and honesty.

Hands down their customer service is one of the BEST I’ve received in the car service industry period!! It didn’t matter who I spoke to they all possessed the same superb quality in conversation with me. I was notified when the problem with my car was found and explained in detail what was done to fix it. Nothing was done without my approval. My car felt like priority! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience 😉

This is my new go-to shop. Incredible service and support. They held my hand and advocated for me. Mike is such an amazing communicator and really fosters an environment of trust and respect. Today I had a battery issue that they helped me diagnose and we were trying to get AAA to replace since it was under their warranty. AAA was being dodgy about the whole thing but Mike came out to the parking lot and brought a mechanic so they could provide support and make sure I wasn't being taken advantage of. I really feel like they are on my team. I'll be going to them for everything car-related from now on.

I had taken my 2010 Silverado to break check a couple months ago, and have had issues ever since. I had the worst customer service and had to escalate to the cooperate level truck was still a mess. I saw the reviews for auto care USA and decided to give them a try. Milad has the best customer service skills, he made sure that I was taken care of. He paid for my Uber and then let me borrow their loaner vehicle when we realized it would take a little longer to fix. The mechanics took their time which I really appreciate, they fixed what had not been done at break check, and got my truck running. The prices are definitely fair and worth the work. It’s hard to find an honest reliable mechanic these days, but I found my new shop. Thank you Milad and your team for taking such great care of me and my truck, it is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop if you are in need of a great mechanic and customer service.

I’m new to the area and very particular about who works on my car. Milad at the front desk was SUPER helpful and explained everything to me perfectly. They even provided me a ride home during my wait, which is TOP TIER customer service at an auto shop! All the staff were super nice and made me feel welcomed! Went inside not expecting my A/C to be repaired today after being told from an other repair place I would have to leave it over night to see what the issue was and they checked for the issue gave me a quote and got it done ! Stopped in to see if my airbag service light on my Jeep Grand Cherokee would be a major problem to diagnose and repair. Milad not only diagnosed the problem but repaired it. Thank you so much for treating me with old school attentiveness and courtesy. You don't find that too much these days, especially when it comes to auto repair. I just found a new place for auto repair!

My truck lost power steering. I managed to get it off of the freeway, and I pulled into the first auto repair shop I came to. The manager was beyond helpful. He was courteous and professional. His mechanics had the problem diagnosed within minutes. He had parts delivered within 30 minutes. They appeared to put top priority on getting my truck fixed. Total time spent there was about an hour and thirty minutes. Truck ran perfectly. Out of 5, I would give them a 10!
