Went in to get an inspection (my first time) dude working the desk was a bit younger than the rest had a very pissy and insistent attitude. When I was just asking questions because I’d never gotten an inspection done before (maybe 2-3 questions) and the older man next to him was scrolling on TikTok on his computer with the speaker volume on! Not the most professional place I’ve ever been.

Great accidental meeting! I drive by daily, saw sign about oil change, decided to stop by. I normally go to dealer, but such a long wait. Anyway , I was immediately greeted . Terrance answered my questions, and able to take care of my oil change with no long waiting. Very professional

I visited Auto Care USA 6 on recommendation from discount tire for getting wheels aligned after purchasing new tires from discount tire. My car has had the steering off for almost a year even after paying for alignment twice at the dealership. For some reason it was too hard for dealership to get it fixed (sarcasm). In any case these guys were amazing, the got it done right way the first time and before time. I was expecting to wait till end of day but got a call around 3 that the car is ready. Its been a few weeks since I had the work done, and I waited few weeks to make sure I am happy with their work before posting review here. So far so good, really happy with their work. Will use them again in future.

Auto Care USA has always been amazing at fixing any issue with any vehicle that my family owns. Old, new, etc. They’re kind, swift, and efficient, and will always be my first choice to visit in case of any car trouble.

Nice facility and staff. 2 year warranty on major repairs which is the best and I’ve had to get my truck serviced on a warranty and didn’t have any problems.

Took vehicle in early morning and it was ready for pick up early afternoon. I wasn’t able to pick up until next day and they kept it overnight for me. Everything was completed as expected when I arrived

The employees and owners of this place are extremely rude and have a lot of attitude. They are unhelpful when you call them and every time we do come for an inspection they’re not kind and have terrible customer service. If they get frustrated with people coming in for an inspection or calling about coming in for an inspection, then they should STOP offering these services if they can’t handle it. Quality customer service and kindness goes a long way with business, and unfortunately these folks just don’t have either. Do NOT come here.

Me and my family have used this Auto Care USA 6 in Katy for over 5 years to maintain our cars, old and new. We value honesty and fairness, and of course, the high quality of repairs. The staff there are knowledgeable and excellent! Terrence and his man Tony are like old friends and they get the job DONE! They provide great detail on repairs and honest opinion on options. Highly recommended!

I love coming to these guys. Always reasonable prices. Always honest and fair. Terrence calls and advises what I need and don't need to do and I never feel like I am getting an upsell. This is everything you are looking for in a mechanic.

Terrence and his mechanics at AUTO CARE USA # 6 were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Terrence explained the whole process in what was necessary to be done to my HYUNDAI HYBRID IONIQ. Great work was done on my car with fair price for the services that the Hybrid car needed. Another shop told me that I need to replace all the hybrid batteries and even the dealear told me that they need to replace the whole transmission. $$$$ Others gave up or don't even mess with the Hybrids because they are afraid of those. I will be coming here for all my car needs and I highly recommend Auto Care USA # 6 to friends, family and anybody else.

Great service 100 would recommend. I brought my 2014 porche cayenne as I had received a check engine and they were very kind and knowledgeable. They work hard on fixing my issue and my vehicle drives better than ever!

I go to this place for many years and I have to say they are the best. They are honest and do not push you to get work done not necessary or can wait. Prices can be high for certain things however the quality of work and customer service deserves it. I can only recommend them!

Terrence and the crew at Auto Care USA do an outstanding job of communicating what needs to be done to the car, and following through in a professional manner. They are also conservative in keeping a watch on issues that are not critical and they are honest in recommending only what truly needs to be done. I only wish I had found them sooner and stopped wasting money on the dealership’s inflated prices. Happy I made the change.
