Great place to take your car for a quick oil change or repairs. The manager, Anthony was extremely accomodating and courteous. The technician who worked on my car was as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

I took my vehicle to Austin's Automotive Specialists because it was making a horrible grinding noise when driving at slow speeds. I had looked under the vehicle, in the wheel wells, under the hood, and I was unable to determine where it was coming from. They put my car on the lift an did a thorough examination. Less then 15 minutes later I was informed my vehicle was ready. Turns out I bent the right front skid plate by parking too close to a curb. The mechanic drilled a small hole in the skid plate and tied it back with a cable tie. Problem solved. The very best part was they performed this service free of charge. When was the last time anyone did anything for FREE? These guys are the cream of the crop! Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here for service. They will definitely treat you right!

THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS REPAIR SHOP . THEY JUMPED ON THE PROBLEM THAT I HAD AN COMPLETED THE JOB IN THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF TIME. I WAS ADVISED TO REPLACE MY 2 FRONT TIRES , WHICH I DID IMMEDIATELY AND NOW MY CAR DRIVES LIKE IT WAS BRAND NEW . SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS AUTO REPAIR SHOP TO ANHONE IN NEED . EXCELLENT MACHANICS !

Blake and the team at Austin's Automotive are great, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I explained to Blake I have high anxiety dealing with situations like this and instead of shaming and making fun of me, he took his time to explain ALL my options, he printed out information to take home a review before making a decision, he communicated with me prior to doing anything and while doing this continuously assured me everything will work out. His team was patient and understanding that it was taking me a lot to "deal with" and work through and were very kind. This wasn't just one occurrence, it's been every single time!!! I have to say, this group of professionals understood what it took to be accommodating in each visit and the kindness they continually show is appreciated! Thanks to Blake and the team I will only use Austin's Automotive!!! I appreciate the heck out of all of them and whenever I have a car issue....I'm calling them!

Very kind and helpful, always able to get me in quickly and get the service done quick. One repair was a little pricier than another mechanic I got a quote at but I don’t really know anything about car repairs so I’ll just go with it, they feel trustworthy

I scheduled an appointment online for an oil change. They got me in at my scheduled time and I left 30-45 minutes later. I appreciate the work they do and plan to keep using Austin Automative Specialist.

Communication was not great. Every day they said my car would be ready and when I followed up there was some reason why it wasn’t ready. That went on from Monday - Saturday. Understand it was a holiday week and some things out of their control, but communicating a clearer timeline and reaching out to me before I do should be a priority in service. Also, the last two times I have had my car fixed, there was a new issue once I left the lot. I gave This a 2 stars cause I have had the best experience with them prior to these last two. Seems like a turnover of people at the front desk as the old crew was great with service.

Had oil change tire rotation and transmission flush. My truck was done on time and it came out a few dollars cheaper than I was quoted. These guys did a good job!

Solid place to take your car to. They have integrity and accountability. When I had thought my car had issues, they had ran diagnostics and said there were none. All at a zero cost. Brake pads were done here. Oil changes. Hoping to come here for most of my car stuff now.

The folks and service at Austin Auto on Parmer were lovely, extremely thorough, and fast! They were also super helpful when it came to making suggestions on what could be done at a later date (cost efficient decisions, while ensuring the important parts got seen to). Anthony was responsive and very kind. I will assuredly be going back there again!

These guys are really cool and very honest. I took my van to them for the second time. because I lost Power on the freeway I thought it was gonna be something very serious, but it turned out to be an empty gas tank. Instead of charging me some ridiculous price for work that they did not need to do. They were very honest and got me out of there for 100$ Diagnostics fee and some gas. Anthony was great. I trust these guys 100% and will bring all of my vehicles here.
