I had my oil changed and brake light fixed.I was in and out in 45 mins.Been coming here for a few yrs, great bunch of guys. It's best if you make an apt as they are usually busy.

Not giving 5 stars because in the report they said the washer system was not spraying, I denied the service on this. When I picked up the car, I tried the washer system and the spray worked normally. Apart from that, I had a good service

Unfortunately, I have to change my review. I had my 60K scheduled here, and they only had 1 issue with my vehicle; fuel induction service. I assumed that would help my vehicle, so I gave the OK to my partner who had taken my vehicle for me, and he told them I wanted it done. Now, at 62k miles, I had squeaky brakes and decided to take my vehicle back for them to service. Now, through the diagnostic given, I was told I have 8 issues with my vehicle. It feels odd that between 2-3,000 miles, and suddenly I have so many problems with my vehicle now that I had brought it in person. I don't have an issue that my vehicle has maintenance, but I'm concerned this wasn't caught during my 60k service? And that I was once again advised to do a fuel induction service when I had it done for my 60k? I asked Doug if there is an invoice he had for that or a customer file, and they only have their reports they give through links and information on past services through carfax. My vehicle isn't used. It was bought new from the dealership, and I'm not familiar with Carfax, so it's frustrating that there isn't a way to let customers have access to past service invoices. This is mainly a big concern to me when I see the same service recommended to me that I had already done, that to me says services are not being recorded and that responsibility is on the customer only? That's not responsible nor transparent on the business and makes me question business practices. Below is my past review they had responded to prior: Andy had amazing customer service and was quick and transparent with pricing and letting me know when my vehicle was ready! Really appreciate this place for replacing my brake fluid.

Edit: Came in a year later for another repair on the same car. Catalytic converter replacement. These guys clearly care about their customers. Thanks again, y'all. Original: Awesome experience. I called ahead and confirmed a good day to come in. They were able to help me out with replacing my wheel stud (bolt) that broke off with no problem!

Just saw I left 4 stars 8 years ago as I was finding the number to book them again (for probably the 10th time) in those 8 years. I don't give 5 stars but this place deserves 6. I am very unhappy with the work they did on my car. They changed the brakes and did not adjust the tires properly. Today I had an accident. A tire came off while I was driving. It was one of the tires that they lowered so they could change the brakes.

I spent the first few years taking my car to the dealership for service, but I never felt like I had a handle on what work was necessary versus fluff add-on services. I'm glad I switched to Austin's Automotive Specialists. Every time I bring my car in, I get a real-time report with photos and a checklist of items that have/haven't passed inspection, and the team always calls me to make sure I sign off on any unexpected repairs or adjustments.

Really appreciated the expertise and through assessment what would need to be fixed to get my well-loved vehicle back into shape. Ultimately, their insight helped me determine that it would be best to purchase a new vehicle instead of doing the repairs on my current car, which is exactly what I needed to know. They had great customer service and communication and provided a detailed report with photos and descriptions and pricing information to help me make the right call. They will definitely be my go-to mechanics moving forward.

Went in to have car looked at for shakiness when driven at speed. Figured an alignment or might do. They diagnosed it as faulty wheel bearings which they insisted needed to be factory parts for $650 dollars for a pair. Found equally good bearings from Google search for $120. On top of that I call them to okay work at 10:30am and they sure were able to get part quick and call me at 3:00pm to charge 4 hours labor at $170/hr. Would highly recommend shopping around or talking to these folks about comparable parts as they are most likely taking advantage on multiple overcharging points. Didn’t appreciate being ignored on checkout either for trying to bring this up with them. Shop elsewhere you’ll get a better price and support a smaller more honest operation.

I trust Andy and all the guys at Austin’s Automotive Specialist with the maintenance and repairs for all of my family’s automobiles. In this case, our daughters’ Toyota Yaris was the car needing repairs. When I questioned the priority of the repair, Andy told me that if it were his daughter’s car, he’d do the repair. It's hard to find a shop that's honest and trustworthy but these guys prove it time after time. The William Cannon location saved me $400 when given an $1800 estimate at lambs auto for a repair.

This place is awesome 🏆 Andy, Joseph and Brandon are very knowledgeable and pros at what they do. Brought my BMW in for repairs and they were super efficient and faster than any shop I've used before. It was done in 24 hours, the people who manage it are good, honest people and the cost was lower than any place I was quoted. I highly recommend Austin Automotive specialists for any auto repairs you need! We will definitely go here for our car repair needs in the future.
