WOW! Where do I start? I took my Mercedes after is failed to start 2 days in a row. Was referred to Aussie Motors by a family member and had the best experience. Yamin was amazing! He was very transparent in the issues my car was having as he found them. He was thorough in his explanation of what was going on with my vehicle and communicated with me every step of the way as to what he was finding Pricing was reasonable, service was timely, communication was top notch. Not only did he repair my current issue but we've also formulated a plan to care of some other issues he found along the way. I would HIGHLY reccomend Yamin @ Aussie Motor Group.

Yamen at Aussie Motor Group is the real deal. A friend that works at a major dealership in Boerne recommended him. I took my 2011 BMW 335xi, which brings me pure joy every time I drive it, because of a check engine light. From the start Yamen, the technician and maybe owner was incredibly thorough and transparent. He sent me multiple screenshots of his diagnostic software feedback and footage from the garage. Sent footage of a smoke test he did to find an air leak in the turbo intake, it made my day. The repair costs were totally itemized, both labor and parts and were reasonable (I'm not rich and was bracing for the worst). And Yamen is a super cool guy as well as being a master at his craft. If you have a European car you love, take it to Aussie Motor Group.

Yamen went above and beyond with my C300 service today. I came in the shop late on Saturday and he was able to service my car just in time. He also explained everything in such a friendly way. I wouldn’t take my car elsewhere unless I have to leave San Antonio.

Awesome work!! Needed the front bumper of my 2008 Porsche Cayman S repaired and it looks amazing! Great quality work and customer service. It’s the only place I take my car for general maintenance and now body work.

I brought my 2004 Porsche Boxster to Yamen for a rough shifting transmission. He throughly inspected the vehicle and provided a complete cost proposal for my repair, I decided to sell my car instead and noticed moderate damage to my front bumper when I picked up my car, I just had the front end replaced and repainted and the car was dropped off with no front end damage whatsoever. When I brought up the damage Yamen said it was basically his word against mine… while he was fair with his service and prices, the damage to my Boxster left a bad taste in my mouth and an overall poor customer experience. I can’t recommend them for this reason.

I highly recommend Yamen. I took my 2021 BMW X6 to him this past week to get its brakes replaced and have some other routine maintenance done. He is friendly, easy to work with, and has reasonable prices. I am also very happy with the quality of his work. I will certainly be returning for my future auto needs.

Yamen has taken care of my 2011 3 series 328i bmw ever since I got it in 2016. He is the only one I trust for doing the job right and is honest providing explanations and evidence of his diagnosis on any issue. He has always been friendly and cares about his clients experience and long term relationships. I would recommend his shop to anyone, especially euro car owners as he is a specialist with many years of direct experience and relationships in the business. He has saved me money in many instances. My car always feels like new coming out of shop, everything is tight and the car is clean.

Amazing service. I have taken both my E350 and SLK in for service. Every time I've been impressed with the care I have received. Yamen has incredible knowledge of my cars. He gives excellent advice on how to keep my vehicles in shape over time. He provides photos of issues being serviced and computer code data. I have great trust in the skill and care for my cars. When my warranty coverage elapsed with BMW I searched for a high quality maintenance shop to do work on my 2018 BMW X1. I found Aussi Motor Group on a google search and have been very happy. The owner and main technician, Yamen, is a pleasure to deal with. He is very knowledgeable, supremely courteous, and definitely cheaper than BMW of SA. He is always prompt to answer texts or calls, does the work in a timely manner and keeps me informed. I will use him as long as I drive a German car.

The owner does the work himself. As explained to me, in Europe there are engineers that work on the cars, to diagnose and then execute the repairs. Here the companies want to hire cheaper labor, target a turnover and return of $200+ an hour and now the quality of the technicians working on the car is not the same. He looks at your car and gives you an estimate on each work item with a total estimate. He does give you updates as he proceeds with the work to your phone to view. Now the parts are not being produced at full capacity so this is causing a delay. My car started so smooth and ran as if on a light cloud. I hope it continues. I would rate this Place Outstanding. Yamen did an excellent job repairing my Mercedes and went into detailed explanation what issues where going on with my car and what the recommendations for the fixes were. He even went as far as to send daily updates and pictures of the pieces that were being replaced or fixed. I would 100 percent recommend his services to anyone. Great work and affordable prices!

I went to the BMW dealer and realized the price was over $400 to fix a window and would take a long time to fix in the shop even though I had scheduled the appt a week ahead. I called up Aussi Motor Group while at BMW and he gave me a price over the phone, which was definitely less than the dealer, and said I could come right in. He worked very fast and did a great job. Excellent customer service! I’d give 10 stars. I’m also a local business owner and would highly suggest to share this company with your friends 😊!

I just recently had to have my car towed to a shop and took a chance on this shop since my old shop changed owners. They were professional and kept me updated every step of the way. The price was very good for the amount of work they did. This is the only place I will trust to my BMW going forward.
