Truly disappointed with my experience. Not only did I lose a lot of money on ubers this past month, but also lost a lot of time waiting for a resolution on my car. I've waited over a month now for him to follow through with the repair post diagnostics.. He made the excuse of having a hard time finding the part, but I just found it in two seconds on ebay... All this time I wasted waiting for him to follow through, I could have just towed my car to a shop and have had my car fixed a long time ago... I wish he hadn't wasted my time honestly. It felt really inconsiderate. I would've preferred him given me the courtesy of being honest and referring me to someone else rather than stringing me along on an idiotic waiting game that turned out to be a complete waste. Also, never mind the fact that he never had the decency to ever call me. I had to call every week for an update to which he had some lame excuse for not having the part yet. A whole month, diagnostics fee paid for nothing only to have to go do it all over again with a new mechanic now. Thanks bud smh

Update: I was quoted 2 weeks and after almost 3 months I had to scrap the car. They never did put the engine in. Their negligence cost me a car and $2,700. ____________ I cant tell if this is a scam or you guys are just lacking at your job. I paid $1,700.00 for labor about 2.5 months ago. The job is about halfway done. I stopped asking for time frames since we're like 400% past the time you quoted. You guys are very mysterious. Next time just say we're going to cut you a good deal but it's going to take all summer. I could've worked with that. Not that we will have future business together.
