This place was able to figure out a problem with my car that the dealership wasn't able to figure out. I had already taken my car into the dealership twice and the they still couldn't find the problem, and the bills were starting to grow. I decided I needed a second opinion. Thank goodness I did that. They were able to diagnose and fix my car, and it is running great again! Funnily enough, when I was getting my car towed to Atomic Auto the tow truck driver said he often recommends this garage to folks.

Excellent service, fair prices, and friendly staff. I love how seamlessly they incorporate text communication and online payment systems to make it easy for the customer. I have had a couple of different family vehicles repaired here, and have been extremely happy with the service and quality of work.

First impression was how kind the staff was. Right off the bat they were prompt in their responses to me, and they answered many of my questions via text before booking an appointment. I immediately felt very trusting of Atomic and ended up opting in for a full round of services. They let me know what services were due on my vehicle and how high priority they were to have done which I really appreciated. When I got to the shop they were very welcoming and I’d say the vibe was both professional and friendly They did great work on my 3rd gen Prius, from installing a new water pump to adjusting my catalytic converter shield to stop it from rattling. In conclusion, I would highly recommend Atomic Auto. By far the best experience I’ve had with a mechanic. These are kind people who want to preform quality work on your car.

I got this shop as a recommendation from a friend, so I was expecting good service. To say great service would still fall short, I really appreciate the way they took their time to explain everything they found on my kid first car (which is already 23 years old car…) but the point here is, they did a great job and even give me options/suggestions for the best order on what to fix/change first and in what order to optimize the co$t. Much appreciated and see you guys again soon.

Atomic is thorough, communicative, fast, and really easy to work with. They are very responsive over email (my preferred method of communication). After I set up an appointment, I was able to drop off and pick up after hours with their easy system that is shown on their website with 2 very short videos. They took pictures of everything they did, and I paid online. I definitely recommend this garage.

I called these guys in fall of 24 with a 2008 Prius that had sat neglected so long I wasn't sure it was worth repairing. These guys diagnosed strategically so as to minimize the chance of repairing a car that might crap out soon. I really appreciate the consideration and have been pleased so far with the results.

We've used Atomic Auto for regular maintenance on both our vehicles (one hybrid car, one truck) and have only ever had great experiences. The process to schedule is easy, communication is friendly, clear and timely, pricing was very reasonable. And while the team at Atomic does a great job identifying any additional services that might be needed/worth doing, they have never been pushy about adding more services. Highly recommend these guys!

I get my oil changed and the prius checked out regularly at Atomic. Tried Tonkin a few years back but was not as satisfied as with Atomic. Thanks to all at Atomic!

I recently moved to the area and I needed an oil change and inspection done on my '08 Prius. The Atomic Auto crew were eager to provide me with an accurate quote, excellent & speedy service (even when parking problems caused me to be late for my appointment) and of course, an extremely in depth Carfax backed inspection of my vehicle. Their streamlined and intuitive online booking interface was a piece of cake to use as well. All in all, 10/5 stars and I will be returning here for all my car's needs!

Super helpful. Fixed my car ahead of time and under budget. Helped me from incurring extra costs and even helped me find other car related things I needed like a tow and rental car. My only very small complaint is they are so busy it can be hard to get an appointment but very worth waiting for because of the work they do.

These folks know Priuses. I took my Gen 3 in for maintenance. They diagnosed a blown head gasket (Toyota’s fatal flaw on these cars) and stopped to ask if I wanted to continue with maintenance costs in case I might decide to get rid of the car. That’s the golden rule; treat others the way you wish to be treated.

This place is great! I had not used them before for my Prius repair and I was not disappointed. They quoted me a price to replace my combination meter that had gone out (black dash display) in June of last year. I called back a few weeks ago thinking that the price would be raised by now and it wasn't. Also had them install a catalytic converter protector. Couldn't be happier with their services!

I took my ‘14 Prius here for its first 5k service after I purchased used at 109k miles. This shop has a great customer portal where I could view pictures of parts of the car that they are inspecting, and a nice checklist of recommended services that you can think about without having sticker shock on the phone or at pickup. I felt comfortable asking dumb questions. I’ll be going back next week for major regular maintenance catchup and expect that to go well.
