I had a friendly and fast service job done. But what disappointed me was I referred an elderly gentleman to have his car inspected for $30 just for him to have to pay $112 for them to change a small light bulb over the license plate that he could have did himself. Due to his age it’s complicated. I’m sure he won’t be going back.

Had a screw in our tire and Atlantic was able to accommodate me the day of. Only $30 - in and out in about 45 min - 1 hr. Amazing customer service and such friendly folks working there. Exactly the experience you’d wish for. Very thankful and would recommend anyone to use them!

I used Atlantic Tire & Service for a routine oil change. They gave a quick inspection and report of other services to consider with quotes. Everyone was polite and the oil change was completed promptly. I will return for my next car service.

Aug. 15, 2024..On my way out of town I knew my tire was not holding air and then found the screw. Unable to remove it and plug it myself I rolled up to Atlantic Tire frustrated and running behind. Ray greeted us with his friendly smile and conversation. Luke took my car into the bay and found not just the screw but a nail that punctured through the wall. No fixing of that. The tires needed replacing very soon anyways but I hadn't planned on today. Ray gave us a very decent quote and said he could call his manager, Michelle, and see if she could pick them up as she was out and about. Ray said if we could give them about 2 hours they'd have us on the road. I thought to myself that it would be really nice to be with new tires and out of town within 2 hours. Michelle was there in no time with my tires!! Luke said they had a new balancing machine and he'd make my car smooth! We enjoyed hanging out with Michelle and Ray in their waiting room after getting some Scotty's dogs for lunch. Luke brought me my keys and said to get on the road! Next thing I know I'm on the highway and absolutely no shimmy, no shake and had no idea I was pushing 80 but it felt like 40!! I recommend these folks so much!! All around good people and true to their word! Thank you guys for everything and I'll see you for any tire needs!!

Had a great experience today when I stopped in to Atlantic Tire and Service. The team was kind, professional and oil change, inspection service was done in 30 minutes! Finally have a home for our vehicle service needs! Welcome to the neighborhood ATS!

Had not been to this location in a while because the old management had no clue what they were doing when it was automax. Eddy and the rag tag bunch seems like they were just throwing parts at my car. The ac wasn’t working and they had me put thousands into replacing the compressor and condenser, finally I took it somewhere else and turns out it was a pressure sensor. Well yesterday I had no choice but to go back there and much to my surprise a whole new team of people!! Extremely professional and had the ability to ACCURATELY diagnose my vehicle the first time. Had a roaring noise and the tech immediately identified it and stayed late to fix it!! These people are awesome and if you haven’t been in a while due to the complete incompetence of the last owner, then give the new guys a chance! Thanks Michelle and whoever the mechanic is!!

Have been here a couple of times since their grand opening. The staff are extremely friendly and they have made sure to only service our cars for what they need (don’t try to rip you off). Very pleased with their services and will be my go-to moving forward!

I wanted to say that I really was pleased with my visit to this location. The front desk associates were very courteous. They were engaging and very polite. The manager, Michelle treated you as if the shop was her own and wanted to be as kind and friendly as humanely possible. This experience was so different from any experience I've had in the past when getting my oil changed. I even received a follow up contact to make sure that my vehicle was running ok since the day of my visit. I would recommend this location again and again!!!

I should’ve taken pictures before turning in my car, really not sure how this place has a 4.5 score. I get my car back after servicing and it’s got a huge dent on the driver side door. When I go to bring it up, they claim it was there before and it most definitely was not. Terrible customer service, will not be returning and if you care about the outside of your vehicle I recommend you not come here. Plenty of other shops I can take my car to. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY. CUSTOMER BEWARE.

I was recommended Automax by the cashier at O'Reilly's. So far my experiences have been nothing but great. I've had issues with my car on and off and any time I had a question with regards to my car they always come through every time honoring all warranties. I will definitely refer anyone I know to Automax.

Well I tried to avoid doing this but I was left no choice. I’ve been doing business with this Business for over 10 yrs so I was truly shocked and amazed how I was treated my last visit taking my vehicle. I took my car to get serviced to find out what was wrong with it I had just purchased the car. It’s an 86’ an older car and Eddie WAS my go to mechanic, when I went to pick up my car to my surprise my windshield is cracked badly it had been bashed from bottom by the windshield wipers. Clearly you could see it had been caused from an impact. So I’m furious when I see this! Eddie nor his wife were there but the young lady at the desk got his wife on the phone. First she tells me it was already cracks in it when they received the car …A LIE… then she said they would go half with me on fixing it (That definitely wasn’t happening) And with all of this I still paid my bill. After all that had happened, 4 days later I get a text from his Wife saying they will order a windshield and they will contact me to bring my car back to get it installed. Too little too late had they taken accountability for it from the start I wouldn’t have had a problem bringing it back but now I’m no longer comfortable bringing my vehicles there anymore. I got it fixed elsewhere and brought them the invoice. Eddie tells me if it’s over $500 I’m not paying that! Cool I know what I have to do. He then tells me he was TOLD I had a crack in the windshield so meaning he didn’t even work on it apparently, his wife said they both saw it because Eddie did the work so she says when we were on the phone the day I was picking up so another LIE. To have been a customer for so long and to be treated like this says a lot about the character and integrity they lack. I’ve noticed the changes that have happened and it seems they have lost some of the qualities that made them successful. So I say bring your car at your own risk cause if they damage it they won’t take responsibility for it. And also I dropped my car off there by tow truck Easter Sunday, and got it back the following week so it’s been that long before I decided to write this review I tried to give them a chance to make it right and I never heard from them. This is not how you treat people that not only supported for yrs, and sent people there to get serviced as well.

Great Repair Shop! Everyone is very nice and helpful! Car is running perfectly. My service was quoted and completed in time stated. Found out later it was inline with cost & labor at my ex's shop in another state.
