I had a bad experience back in March 2024, so I posted a negative review on Google maps. The district manager, George, reached out to me and gave me two free oil changes for me to give this company a second chance, so I removed my post. I regret that I ever took him up on this offer. I took my car in for the free oil change in August and later that day the fan for the AC started knocking loudly. I called in, and they said that some debris may have fell in the cabin air filter when they were checking to make sure it was good. They walk me through how to clear it out and the fan seemed to be working fine. Now that we are running the fan on a regular basis for the heat, the knocking has continued, and it’s barely blowing any air now. I just called in and spoke to their manager, Joe, and he didn’t even attempt to empathize with me as a customer and became argumentative and said that there’s no way that what happened back in August could have caused my current issue. I don’t believe it’s a coincidence that my fan is still having issues after his team left the debris in my air filter. He said a leaf couldn’t cause this kind of damage, but it was obviously causing it to knock loudly back in August, so I beg to differ. My wife reminded me after the call that it wasn’t a leaf but a piece of plastic. Anyway, I am going to eat the repairs for this on my own dime, because I will never step foot in another Atlantic tire branch again as both their service and maintenance are subpar.

I had a really positive and great experience with Atlantic Tire. I was really frustrated and didn’t know what was wrong with my car. I explained the situation and the service advisor listened, took notes and assured me that they would determine the issue. He let me know what I could expect as far as follow up and it happened exactly as he explained. He called me that day, provided me with the diagnosis and their recommendations, followed up with an email with photos of everything. Car was fixed by the following day. Everything was perfect! Someone even reached out to me the following day to check in to ensure that all was well. I appreciated that!!! Will absolutely go back should I have any future needs!

I recently went to Atlantic Tire in Wakefield. I made an appointment for a state inspection. It was a good experience. The staff was courteous and helpful. My service was done on time and quickly. The facility was warm and very clean. A quiet place while I waited. I would definitely recommend this for anyone with auto service plans. Catherine Maher

I visited this location recently as a returning customer. I spoke with the manager Mr. Ahmed who advised me a mechanic was not available until the new year. I asked him could he call one of his other locations to accommodate me and he stated I can do that myself. I went down the road to Mr. Tire and the manager Mr. Lord could not believe Atlantic Tire would treat a customer like this. Mr. Lord call around to several shops to assist me. I am awaiting a call from Atlantic Tire Corporate. I will update so see how they will handle this situation. It's been 3 days so far and now one has responded to me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Thanks. I made an appt. for my car. The staff let me know it was my battery that need replacement and gave me the cost and the process. A clean service center, waiting room, and restroom. 45 minutes service and a follow up check up text.

I scheduled an oil change online. Scheduling was simple and I received a confirmation within five minutes. The email said it would take an hour so I arrived with a magazine hoping to read while I waited. Didn’t happen. Thirty minutes later, the car was ready and waiting at the curb. Friendly staff. I will be back.

I typically do not write reviews but this was well deserved! After calling around to get quotes for new tires Joe was the ONLY PERSON I spoke to that noticed the tires I was requested were not the correct size for my TYPE of car. I knew immediately this is where I wanted to to take my car for not only tires but service as well. There was very little to no wait time! They also didn't just check and install my new tires! They did a wheel alignment and through inspection! I don't mean your typical inspection. They go in and check for the essentials! They also take pictures to show us! It was nice to know where my car stood on car repairs since I recently purchased it. Now I can plan ahead! CARS NEED CHECK UPS AND MAINTENANCE TOO AND THANKS TO ALANTIC TIRE AND SERVICE I WILL BE RETURNING FOR ADDITION REPAIRS SOON. Did I mention they report to car fax on all the repairs you do! Thanks to all who I interacted with this day I can remember everyone’s names lol

Had a good experience here. My brakes were replaced, and they did a great job at evaluating the car as well as some other problems that the car had that I am going to need to save .only for and didn't know I had. All of this was backed up with photos and explanations.

Hello Joe Strike two I brought my Audi S3 to your shop yesterday for a tire puncture. Well according to Andy it can’t be fixed. Andy offered to get me a new tire. He appeared to not understand that the S3 is AWD and you can’t just install o e new tire without affecting traction control stability control between the two difs. Tires installed and rims appeared they could have been scuffed from the mounting. Turns out the installer left glue all over the rim. I had them clean the rind to confirm there was no damage , which there was not. Based on my Mustang oil change experience and this experience, attention to detail in premium cars is out the window. I tried Joe but I’m done. I will not be back and again let all my car clubs know my experience

I have taken all 3 of our cars to this location of Atlantic Tire and Service. They are always quick, pricing is fair, and they are great at explaining weather a repair is immediately necessary or not. I will continue to have my cars serviced here. They also offer coupons on their website.

Joe and the rest of the team at Atlantic Tire are absolutely outstanding! They were able to schedule an appointment for me for an oil change the day after contacting them and did a quick yet thorough job. Joe even reached out to me following my appointment to make sure my car was running smoothly. The Wakefield location of Atlantic Tire & Service recently helped me with three different issues involving two family vehicles, an Audi Q5 and a Toyota RAV. I already knew the issue with the Toyota, and they confirmed my diagnosis, sought out the parts they needed at a reasonable cost, and got the job done quickly and for a very reasonable price. The Audi problems were more serious and complicated, but I told them I had an out-of-town trip coming up, and they fixed the problems before then, test-drove the vehicle to make sure the problems were resolved and everything was OK, and even followed up with me very quickly on an unusual loose end. I took my trip without incident, and there haven't been any issues with either vehicle in the several months since then. I've never trusted anyone more when it comes to routine service and unexpected maintenance for my family vehicles.

My car was making a noise and Atlantic Tire in Wakefield was able to find out I needed 2 wheel bearings for each side of my front. I no longer have issues. While it was not what I was wanting at 69,000 miles, I no longer need to worry as I am driving my car.
