This is a excellent auto repair shop, I have a BMW 530i I talked with Fauna Piper the owner of the shop on the phone and I brought my car in for a consultation and diagnostic. He explained to me in great detail what the car needed done to make it run at it's optimum best again, his professionalism and caring was impressive to me. Great service and great fair price I'll be a customer for life and will recommend him to everyone I know thank you Fauna !!

I had an excellent experience at ATL Urban Garage from start to finish. As someone new to Atlanta, finding a reliable mechanic has been a challenge. After noticing that Michael’s shop services Audi, I decided to give it a try —and I’m glad I did. Michael, the owner, was very professional, transparent, and personable! Despite his extensive expertise, he explained everything in clear, easy-to-understand terms, which I greatly appreciated. The price and time frame quoted over the phone for repairs were accurate, and I was impressed by the seamless process: after dropping off my car, I received a text/email with the estimate after the actual inspection and I was able to approve the repairs before work began. I was also notified via text/email when my car was ready, which was incredibly convenient. Michael took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully and even shared helpful advice on a few other matters I brought up. His customer service, attention to detail, pricing, and quality of work truly set ATL Urban Garage apart. I will be return customer, and I highly recommend this shop!

Mike is very professional. He helped me with my new Jeep Grand Cherokee. From the very first encounter, I could tell that I chose the right place and person for the job. He is knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. He fixed the issue I had with my power steering and had me back on the road in no time. I am glad I chose ATL URBAN GARAGE. Fantastic service from an extremely knowledgeable garage. Highly recommend to anyone on the west side. They work quickly, and even gave me a lift back home while my car was being worked on. An excellent local business worthy of community support.

I had an issue with my back brake lights. No one can seem to figure out the problem and Mr. Mike fixed my problem and gave me great advice to keep my car up. I appreciate him so much. This is a great place to go get your car fixed with all your needs 😎

These reviews have to be written by friends and family. Easily one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Communication is subpar at best. Had my car for over a week. Wouldn’t answer the phone. Went to get my car on a whim. Keys were just sitting on the counter. Not protected at all. Put water in instead of coolant. Do not go here!

Very nice people! I know nothing about cars and they took the time to educate me on what was going on with my car. I can tell they genuinely want to help you. When I brought it in, I couldn’t afford to do everything they recommended that day and they were very understanding of my budget. :)

I am new to Atlanta and it is amazing to know that I can count on this place for my mechanical needs. The people are nice and they fixed my car for a nice affordable price. It took no time at all and I have a bucket of bolts. My care drives soooooo much better❤️❤️❤️this is definitely my go too for now on.

This place literally saved our lives! We were passing by atlanta and we heard noises in our wheels then the brakes went off. We came over to check them and they gave it a test drive and diagnosed the problem and fixed it from the root in a very short period of time. We were panicking and they comforted us and were extremely helpful and friendly. We are honestly grateful for them!

My very first time going to urban garage and my experience was excellent. Michael told us to come on in to have our car looked over because the maintenance required light would not turn off. Go figure, all they had to do was reset the sensor after the oil change and new battery, done elsewhere, smh. Michael took great care of us, eased our concerns and quoted us brakes, without trying to rip us off. The other place told us we needed brakes and rotors. We now have a new mechanic as I am so very happy with the service received. He is fair and won’t up charge you. Thank you Michael!!!!!!!!

Michael and his team was not able to accommodate me, they MESSED UP MY CAR ! I took my car to them for an oil leak all of sudden my car had multiple problems , they charged me 3k to fix my car a VOLKSWAGEN. He did not know how to fix the car , after he tore up my break line , vacuum pump and a few other things he calls and tell me the car needs to be towed to VOLKSWAGEN..after they had my car for 2weeks ! Would never go back to them again

Michael does a GREAT job every time I come in. Always a great attitude, will happily ride around in the car with me to listen to a noise it’s making, listens and always takes the time to explain what’s going on and his recommendation. Today I went to pick up my car and he actually refunded me a good portion of my payment because they ended up realizing I didn’t need one of the services on the invoice. Could have very easily just kept the money, as I had already paid. That’s the kind of honesty that makes me feel like I would never want to take my car anywhere else. Fauna at the front desk also does an amazing job - always calls when my car is ready and has a good energy, and makes me laugh. Honestly everybody that I’ve interacted with here is nice and respectful. Cant recommend ATL Urban Garage enough!
