I had a small fender bender on one side of my back bumper, and they not only fixed that but a few other small places on the bumper that needed repair. They also cleaned my car and got it looking better than it did when I brought it to them. They were quick, diligent and very kind. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely go back for any car repair needs in the future.

Definitely do not and will not recommend this place to anyone! Got my vehicle fixed by this place a year ago. They fixed the left driver front bumper side because of a crash I had. When I left them my car my right passenger side was perfectly fine but once I picked up my car that was “ready and fixed” on the left side well the right front turn signal was no longer working which had been working prior to me dropping it off. I took my car back and never did they say it wasn’t their fault, they just agreed to fix it. Well apparently they had to order a part for my car which came in but was the wrong one and they could never find the right one, fast forward a year later they are still unable to find the right part, I had been patiently waiting an calling for updates. Up until now they tell me to find the price myself and they will fix, why was this never told to me a year ago, now they want to say since they fixed the left side only they have nothing to do with the right side. Also tried to say that turn signal was not working when the car was dropped off, I am more than positive it was, or why did you not tell me this when I took it back to you but you wait a whole year to say it wasn’t working? Well anyways I ended up taking my car to a different shop and within 30 min they had my turn signal fixed, something Atkins Auto could not do in a whole year. This new shop actually told me the wires looked like they had been messed with and it looked like the part that was missing had been taken off and forgotten to put back on because of the way the wires were covered. Worst experience ever! Wish I could give Zero stars.

Just so you all know the review below from Gunny highway is really the brother of the owner, me I am his father in law and have known the owner Rob for a few years, he has more integrity and morals than his spoiled entitled brother that has no respect for his mother and fathers wishes, that is the whole reason he wrote a bad review, pretty childish but don't forget Greg Karma happens so remember you may need him to change that flat tire you talked about and he actually knows how to do that even if his hands get dirty unlike some people.

Based on Nextdoor recommendations and Google reviews, I inquired about a scratch repair/paint job on car hood. I called around 3:30 in the afternoon, was told if I could bring the car in by 5:00 I could get an estimate. The two other businesses called were a month to two months wait for an estimate. Atkins' estimate was reasonable and the job could be done the following week. Car was ready when they said it would be, and the paint job looked great. Everyone was friendly and respectful. Will definitely contact Atkins again should I need them!

I have taken two vehicles here for collision repairs. Both times the vehicles came out way better than before the collision. It’s been over a couple years now and both vehicles are running great. In comparison I had previously used Gerber auto for collision repairs on a previous accident and I was not as pleased with that work as I was with Atkins Auto. The folks at Atkins really do care about the quality of their work.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to share how impressed I was with Atkins Auto and Collision. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to repair my car after getting hit by a deer. The work was done in half the time they quoted and when I arrived the work was pristine and they went the extra mile and washed my car inside and out. It looks brand new! If you are looking for some body work done definitely give this business some consideration.

I took my 1989 Chevy Caprice to them to have the weather stripping replaced and replace a side window. They did an excellent job in spending much less time than I thought they would. They are skilled professionals. They were straightforward with me. I will certainly go back when I need more work on my car.
