Pésimo servicio, los mexicanos que atienden son los peores de todo. Necesitaba soplar 6 llantas y primero me estaba cobrando 50$ por cada uno por ser “domicilio” cuando yo había llevado las llantas hasta el lugar. Nos dejaron esperando más de media hora y nadie llegó. Luego llamamos y nos estaban cobrando 25$ de más por cada caucho y luego cortaron la llamada. Seguimos insistiendo por que lo necesitaba con urgencia y ahí me agendó un chico diciéndome que si había buscado en otro lado que ahora eran 50$ de más. Es impresionante como juegan con la necesidad del cliente. Ojalá los despidan a los dos por falta de respetos y ética. Pésimo servicio.

One of my tires went flat. I called this place to have one of their guys come replace the tire. They took nearly 2 hours to arrive (it was very dark by the time they got here). The truck that arrived had a disorganized stack of tires in the back. After they finished the replacement and pumped it full, it looked ok. A day later, I found out that the tire was flat again. I took it to a different shop and they found a small hole in the tire. THEY REPLACED MY TIRE WITH A FAULTY ONE. I don’t know if they intentionally scammed me, or the guy grabbed the wrong tire because it was dark (he said he had to make a few runs before getting here). This whole ordeal cost me $400

Had them come out when I hit a ladder on I10 amd blew out my passenger rear tired. These guys were quick and had me going again. My only complaint is the used tires. I would have happily paid more for new tires. Other then that I'd still use them just have to specify I want new tires on a commercial vehicle.

I got a flat tire on a Sunday night and was stuck in an unfamiliar area. I called around and ended up choosing At Anytime as they stated it would take about an hour to get to me. But an hour turned into over 5 hours (I paid at 7:20, was told they were on the way at 11:30, they didn’t get there until 12:40) with no updates unless I prompted them. Jordan (the employee who came to repair the tire, not the person I was texting) gave me a call when he was 20-30 minutes out. He was nice and changed the entire tire in 30-40 minutes. I appreciate that he was transparent that the size of the tire was a little wider, but that it would work fine (I confirmed this at a different tire shop the next day). The roadside service and tire cost $160 total. Overall, while I appreciated the service and I understand having to wait my turn and that delays occur, I do wish there was better communication and consideration about how long I would have to wait. After the first few hours of waiting with minimal updates, I was honestly afraid I was getting scammed lol. For anyone reading this and needing emergent roadside assistance, remember to ask specific questions when calling around!

Customer service is Gering worse ar this location. Parking lot full of cars just to get air so they have to pull employees from service to direct traffic and just air up cars. I have to get on a wait list just to get checked in. BAD management here.

I called to ask what the hours were and confirmed they were open. Unfortunately, the representative was not on site and could not confirm tire availability. I arrived at the shop around 9pm. The employee checked my tire size and went to work to find one. He found a match and had the tire mounted and wheel installed on my vehicle in less than 30 minutes. You really can’t complain about the service or value you get when you come to this place. I hope I am never in a situation that I need a tire quick, fast and in a hurry like I did tonight. But if I am ever in a pickle, this is definitely going to be my first choice. Happy holidays to the At Anytime Tire Shop team! Thanks again for your help. God Bless.

I called to see if they had my size tire, Jackie was fast and referred me over to her shop. No appointment necessary, her son, was fast and courteous. Price fell within my budget for 1 tire, I'll definitely use their services in the future again.And the hours they work and are open is Insane!, but definitely great to know! Thank yall so much!

Life saving tire shop! Blanc got me back on the road in no time. He also found some things that were bad with my tire and let me know remedies to fix it. Would definitely recommend any anytime. I’m in the San Antonio area.

So i am a single mom that been in San Antonio for 3 years with no friends and no family. Someone slashed my tires and i didn't know who to call. I got on google and God sent the most humble young man 16 years old to get me right. Jordan was so nice and he came to me and got me right. I will always use them for my tire needs.

We purchased a tire and had it bout 3 months and it got a ball. The tire was brand new and had a year warehouse warranty. We bought another tire and took in the bad tire to be sent to the warehouse for a warranty replacement. When I called to get an update the girl that answered was extremely rude. She said they can’t replace it because it had a ball. We had to wait for it to blow out for it to be replaced. When I told her why would we wait for it to blow out and possible roll over as we drive a truck. Her response was well now you are being over dramatic. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. They had no problem taking the $160 for a tire. At that they couldn’t even call to let us know an update. I had to call them after stopping by and the guy working not knowing anything. His response was he didn’t want to get involved after he sold us the tire. Shitty ass customer service!!! Don’t bother waiting your time and money.
