He will shoot you straight, and if he can’t fix it, he will send you somewhere that can, that will also be reasonable and honest. The best of the best.

Russ is great, very honest. Will only do repairs needed. I had my car at a chain for a flat tire. They told me I needed $1,200 worth of work. I took my car to Russ and he determined I only needed two items on list that cost $300, saved $900.

Mark is a great mechanic and is very fair with his pricing. Also, as a woman, I feel like he only does what needs to be done in doesn't try to come up with some fake extra work to be done. Whenever I've wanted to buy a used car, I have him check it out before I make the purchase decision. He finds things I would never notice.

I got a quote from another repair shop in the St. Louis area and they continued to pressure me to get a repair completed every time I entered their shop. It was a pretty expensive repair and they made it appear as though I was going to be driving along and my axel was going to break in half at any moment! After taking the time to look at the situation, Mark noted that it wasn't as bad as they made it out to be and it would be over HALF the price! He's real with you and yet isn't out to rip you off. BRING YOUR CAR TO HIM!
