Brad is awesome and this is the best oil change place I've ever been to! Finally affordable prices for an oil change, and the best homey lobby I've ever seen for a mechanic repair shop. Also their coffee is delicious. They also have a great oil change prepaid service, which I used to love at Toyota until they got rid of it.

I came in for my first time due to a coupon and their good reviews. Now I know why the reviews are so good! They spoke to me like a person and didn’t act like I am a woman so I know nothing about cars. They were so friendly and kind. This location at least has a new feature where they can immediately send you the overview of your car inspection with photos. My car happened to have an issue that was worse than I thought to where it was on the verge of being a safety issue and unexpectedly needed attention right away. They were SO gracious about working with me on prices for repairs, and I had an appointment to get to elsewhere so they got me an Uber to my appointment. Like, wow. Pretty much they had solutions for everything, and got me back on the road! I want to thank them again, it may have been my best experience ever at an auto shop.

I hit a curb and needed work done. They have been very transparent with me in the work I needed done and Darren Heese has been especially thorough and helpful with keeping me up to date and answering my questions on everything. Will definitely come back through if I am in this neck of the wood and have some time to get a tune up with them. Thank you

Came to Aspen Auto Clinic based on google reviews and am very dissatisfied about end result. There were several concerns about service and communication. Was looking for a second opinion on a BMW brake job and Aspen was sure they would beat estimate if I brought in for them to take a look. Dropped off at 10am and didn’t get estimate until 3pm on a Friday. Received estimate and told service advisor (Brad) that if he can’t get job done on that day, I couldn’t do it but he was adamant that it would be done. At 430 pm he called saying they ran into problems and couldn’t get done but car was already disassembled but would be done first thing on Monday. Monday midday didn't get any communication about repairs. I called very frustrated with the overall experience and talked to (Brad). After voicing my concerns with him he got frustrated and said “we are done here” and hung up on me. I called back and talked to a “fill in” manager (Ivan) He didn’t apologize for (Brad’s) behavior but told me that the car would be done soon. He shared that they had to overnight rotors because they couldn’t get parts but would cover shipping cost… which again I wouldn’t have had them do the job if it couldn’t be done Friday afternoon and was guaranteed it would be. He stressed that he was doing me a favor by giving me a discount for a shipping charge that was completely on them. Upon picking it up they stressed their warranty saying if I had any issues or squeaks to bring back in as soon as possible for them to fix. Now there is a very high pitched squeak backing up and on occasion braking forward. I took car back for them to check out and was given an answer of “we used premium BMW parts and there is no issues. This is a normal thing with European cars and brake replacements” There was no follow up on my experience and based on Brad’s poor customer service I am very disappointed in service I received. For an auto shop to have such great reviews I’m shocked this is how they handled my car. I will never use them again or refer anyone to use their services.

From the first phone call to the final job, this team has been nothing but great. Kind, generous with their time to make sure I understood what was going on with my car and how to best care for the issue. They called an uber for me making it extremely convenient. And made sure communication was thorough while a part was waiting to come in.

I have been a customer of Aspen Auto Clinic at Mark Dabling for over 15 years. All the personnel have been professional, respectful, and the work has been superior quality. No up-selling. No pressure to immediately fix inspection findings. Clear explanations of findings and impacts to car care and driving affects. Honest assessments of issues and repairs - which has saved much money over the years. Comfortable waiting room with snacks and drinks. Free shuttle service to and from home.

Did you ever think you weren’t sure if the place you took your car for repair was giving you the straight story? NO worries at Aspen Auto Clinic on Mark Dabling! I moved back home to Colorado from a little Midwest town where I had MY trusted auto mechanic. Colorado Springs has become big & busy. I chose Aspen Auto on Mark Dabling solely on location. Boy, did I hit the jackpot for service! These guys are great at diagnosis of problem; NEVER try to oversell service - in fact, they pointed out that I didn’t need things that the local dealer was trying to double down on. Just outstanding work here - when it’s fixed, it’s fixed. Work completed on time. I’ve never seen a business more service oriented than these guys. Fair pricing. You cannot go wrong to bring your vehicle to Aspen Auto on Mark Dabling. Trustworthy, Experienced, Integrity.

Brad Sughrue and the team at Aspen Auto were the perfect example of putting people before profit. I was visiting my family in the Springs from Iowa, and my Kia Soul developed catastrophic engine issues right before New Year’s. They not only didn’t charge me for the work diagnosing the problem, they provided caring support and guidance helping me manage the stress of dealing with my inoperable car. They even allowed me to store my car until it could be donated to the Disabled Veterans of America. I will never forget their kindness, and Aspen Auto will forever be my auto clinic whenever I’m home in Colorado.

Brad recently went above and beyond in explaining in detail to my son why the modification he had made to his car was not a wise choice. The guys quickly returned his car to factory configuration, and he's good to go for another 200k miles!

Customer service and communication with Michael is a 10 out of 10. Although, 3x the price on everything they touch… I’m assuming bc you will have to come back 2 more times for them to fix it correctly isn’t worth the time or the money? Had an oil change today and they suggested a $250 brake fluid service only 1 month after getting all new brake pads, calipers and rotors from them. That did cost $2600, mind you. A proper brake job will include the brake flush… smh. Most situations outside of oil changes were overpriced, inconvenient, and required a 2nd trip at the least.
