Don’t come here for more than an oil change! I brought my 2023 Subaru in to Aspen auto for a routine oil change and inspection. The oil change was fine however during the inspection they claimed they found some issues with my vehicle. When they presented the issues they insisted I got them fixed there and immediately. One of the issues was worn tire tread not meeting Colorado State laws. What they didn’t know was they I just had my tires replaced with new all weather tires so I knew that was completely false. (I confirmed they were fine with the Subaru dealership) The other issue was a leak in my differential seal which was leaking transmission fluid. Obviously this issue is a very big concern. I asked them how much it would cost and they presented a very large service charge. In addition they added that my car would need to be realigned and that it would not be included in the seal replacement. They pressured me many times to get it fixed there and now. I asked them to contact the Subaru dealership to ask them if my car was under warranty so I could take it there. They told me they called them and it wasn’t. However I then contacted Subaru myself and they informed me it was under warranty. I picked up my car from Aspen auto only paying for the oil change and brought it to Subaru where they fixed the problem under warranty. I would say don’t come here for more than just a oil change or routine maintenance because they will try and get you on other BS charges!

Excellent service! They are affordable, accommodating, negotiable and do their absolute best to keep you on the road. They guarantee their parts and services for life including out of state travel. Totally worth the price paid.

They were very kind, and the service was speedy. However, they gave me a quote for a needed repair that was *drastically* higher than other shops in town I reached out to.

I brought my Toyota to this group for an alignment. I won't be bringing my vehicles back anymore, I'm disappointed at the lack of accountability and straightforwardness from this group regarding my alignment. Having been told the alignment was complete and paying full price, then bringing it back the next day because the initial issue persisted, to then be told that a bolt cannot be loosened and therefore the alignment cannot be completed properly, is disappointing and frustrating. Furthermore, I did not receive the alignment report initially which suggests this group was hoping they could do half the job without my knowing. I was then provided a "worst case" quote of over $3000 to actually complete the alignment. This is a vehicle with 20,000 miles and no rust. The automotive industry is already known for bent truth and omissions, the actions of this organization speak to this stereotype.

Ever since I started taking my 2011 Toyota Prius here at Aspen (on the advice of my son’s uncle years ago), I have never had any complaints about their work. They are efficient, the staff is friendly (one of them gave me some cheese from her lunch because I had been hungry), and their prices are quite reasonable. Today I had expected to pay a substantial amount but Ryan, a manager I think, managed a work around with the issue of my car. He saved me time and money. I will always take my vehicles to be serviced here.

The people at Aspen Auto are wolves in sheep's clothing. I towed my car there because the A/C compressor locked up. They acted so nice and helpful, offering me a $50 discount for being a teacher, and then quoted me $3,600 to replace everything (much more than actually needed to be done, I later found out). 3,600 dollars! They assumed I wouldn't tow my car anywhere else to get a second quote since it wasn't drivable. When I said I was going to go get a second quote, they talked down to me like I was an idiot and an annoyance. Well, I'm so glad I did, because the next place fixed the problem for $950. That's right, one fourth the cost! After sharing my experience with friends and family, I learned this is a common practice at Aspen Auto. This place is full of crooks that overcharge and take advantage of people. Avoid at all costs, you'll be glad you did.

These guys and gals know their craft, every time I have had to bring my vehicle in they were quick to determine the issue and communicated the problems and solutions very well. One time I paid them to trouble shoot an issue with a turbo after falling victim to a fraudulent shop down in the springs, admittedly the bill stemming from the repair was a little steep so I took it upon myself to install a new turbo. I was pleased to know that they understood why and had no hard feelings about it. Prior to that visit I had a knocking sound from my rear suspension that I couldnt figure out, in the same day they diagnosed it and replaced the worn parts and I was back on the road driving again. While I am no longer close enough to feasibly use this location, they did a great job of establishing a positive first impression and I can rest assured that any business I conduct with other Aspen branches will not be problematic.

TLDR: Excellent! This has to be one of the best auto shops in the country. Fast turn arounds, fair pricing, and always looking to take care of the customer. I always feel welcome here and unlike other auto shops I never feel like just a number who they are looking to extort. If you need work done this is the place to go.

I have been going to Aspen Auto on Jetstream for the last 4 years. During that time I have been happy and even gave them 5 star review. However, recently I had a very poor experience and feel that I have to revise my previous rating from 5 stars to 1 star. I took my vehicle in for an electrical problem, which I believe they repaired, however, during the visit I received a call that I needed a new plastic radiator and the part alone was $604! I checked the web and Toyota dealer and the prices I could find for a plastic radiator ranged from $129 to $239. I don't know where these guys go to get their parts, but that is truly unacceptable. I couldn't even find a radiator of any type that cost that much money. I declined repair and had it looked at somewhere else and it passed both a pressure test and visual inspection. There was no problem with the radiator! Now, it leaves me wondering how many times in the past I've over paid for parts :( , or worst work that may not have been needed If you are going to use this place, ask good questions and check part prices as you might be very surprised at what you find.

Really love this place! Very professional and affordable. The interior is beautiful too, I was impressed! Everyone on the team was very friendly, they even brought me out to my car while working on it to show me exactly what they were doing and what needed to be fixed. I didn’t feel pressured to lean one way or the other but was explained the options and why they were there and felt very comfortable here (as a female in her 20s who is usually intimated by these things 😅) I definitely recommend coming here!

Superb service. I had a 'dead' battery. I used Aspen - Jet Stream a couple of times before, always good service. I called them about this need and they reserved a same day slot for evaluation of the battery. Got there and they were on it, diagnostics proved the battery was in poor condition. Best part the battery replacement was reasonable and a lot cheaper than the OEM and better warranty. The team dynamics were superb from the front desk to the shop. Special thanks to Joe.

Warning: Consider getting a second opinion before proceeding with repairs at Aspen Auto Clinic. I recently took my car in for an oil change at Aspen Auto Clinic. They recommended replacing the calipers, which seemed unusual given my vehicle's age. To be sure, I got a second opinion at Brakes Plus. They advised that I only needed a standard brake job, for about half the price quoted by Aspen Auto Clinic. Beware and consider getting a second opinion on costly repairs.

1st time customer, got oil change. They also did a free inspection on my car. Which was helpful, so I know what needs to be done. Very friendly and did a great job. Nice waiting area with TV and charging plugs. A coffee and snack area too.

I can’t thank Aspen Auto Clinic enough. Our experience with Geico and Caliber Collision was horrible to say the very least. I brought our car in for a previous tire repair and they just repaired our passenger side mirror today. Both times Ryan and Byron were extremely kind, straight forward, honest and on top of everything. The part I needed came in, in less than a day, and they fixed it within an hour. In an industry where everyone seems to take you for a ride and lie to you about pricing, labor and parts I feel like I can trust Aspen Auto every time. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!

(Aug, 2023) I'm not one to post reviews about businesses, but in this case I just feel I have to. The team at Aspen Auto on Jet Stream Drive has provided service and support so above and beyond exceptional that I just want all of you to know this is where you want to go in servicing your vehicle. My old 1999 Chevrolet Suburban was going through its old age and kept presenting impossible requirements when it came to finding parts and performing service. Ryan and the team somehow kept finding a way forward. That's only part of it though. At times, they had to go with parts and solutions (due to availability) that didn't work for this old vehicle. However, when the issue caused some difficulties they were quick to credit back to me costs that didn't make sense and continue to find a new way to solve the problem. I'm big on integrity and honor, a left over from my military career. Let me just say I came to count on the integrity of this team like no other business experience I've encountered in a long, long time. They always took care of me, helped me with timelines, and just became a trusted friend in dealing with the problems of keeping an old car going. I know for me, after terrible (almost criminal) treatment at the dealership, Aspen Auto proved to be my most trusted advisor for car matters. It's bigger than just fixing the car though, which they do exceptionally well. These folks are the friend you want in the auto repair industry. They are the best I've seen in my 64 years for sure. I live in Fort Collins and I was down in Colorado Springs today when my engine began to overheat. In a panic, 150 miles from home, I began calling around to shops in the area to see if anyone could take a look at my car - the folks at Aspen Auto Clinic were the only ones who were willing to look at it without me having to wait over night. Byron immediately began to assess my vehicle, and he treated my emergency as if it were his own emergency. Byron not only diagnosed the issue (a faulty radiator cap), but he generously refilled the coolant my car had boiled off and pointed me in the right direction to where I could quickly acquire a new radiator cap. I am happy to report that I have replaced the radiator cap and was able to make it back home to Fort Collins without any additional issues - my coolant level seems to be holding steady. I was in a position where it would have been easy for a mechanic to take advantage of the situation I was in, but that is not what Byron and the folks at Aspen Auto Clinic are about. Byron was kind, considerate, professional, and he handled my issue with great poise and care. If Aspen Auto Clinic ever opens a location in Fort Collins they can count on my business because my experience with Byron has won me over as a customer. They were super helpful to fit me into their schedule quickly when I had major car trouble on a road trip. Fixed the problem and kept me updated on the process. The only thing I didn't like was feeling like they were trying to upsell me on other problems they noticed with the car, but a lot of mechanics do that. Overall, very helpful team and good communicators. I'm grateful they could help me out!
