Asian imports plus satisfied all my mechanical needs. This was my first time at their repair shop. They were very pleasant, upfront, honest, accurate, helpful and attentive. They kept me updated on any changes or additional repairs my vehicle needed. I Highly recommend Asian Imports. I am lucky I found them. I had to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. . During my wait I was put at ease by Erwin’s (The Manager) friendliness and kindness. I will use them again for all my future car services and repairs.

Communication was always on point. Not just friendly and flexible but professional and fast too. I drive a 93 Fairlady Z and I know I'm not the only person who trusts their rare car with these amazing people. I will be going back time and time again. Brian did an amazing job getting her up and running again after so long.

Had a great experience at Asian Imports Plus. I have a JDM vehicle that is very hard to source parts for and Asian Imports Plus was patient with me while my van sat there and I got together the parts I needed for the various repairs. Communication was excellent and I loved the online quote system they provide to show you repair breakdowns between labor and parts. Their initial inspection to find the issues with my car was super thorough and they didn't push me to make repairs that weren't absolutely necessary at this time. Pricing was fair for the work they did and my car is driving a lot better now. Wouldn't hesitate to go back here given the transparency of their work, communication, and patience dealing with my car that I know is a hassle to work on.

Asian Imports has serviced my car several times. Service is prompt and efficient and they keep you informed regarding the progress of service. They haven’t over-recommended services, and suggest only the repairs that are warranted.

5/28/2021 Went here for the first time in Feb 2021. Brought my '04 Tundra in to get checked out for radiator leaks. Erwin helped me out. He pointed out that I needed a new radiator, replace valve cover gaskets, and new a/c condenser & receiver/drier. I got the first two jobs done at that time. Today I came in to get the a/c work done; because the crazy HOT weather is coming back. Ben helped me out on this one. Dropped it off at 8:00am this morning and picked it up at 1:30pm with SUPER COLD AIR blowing in my face. The prices are right and save even more with your AAA Card or Asian Imports Plus coupons. Super satisfied customer! Thanks again Asian Imports Plus Team! 1/10/2024 Truck stalled in the middle of the freeway yesterday morning during rush-hour traffic. Without hesitation I got it towed to Asian Imports Plus. Despite being busy, Erwin managed to fit me in for repairs. He would've had me back on the road same day; but slight delay in getting the part (no fault of the shop). Erwin & Team took care of my truck! I would like to thank Erwin and the mechanics for their help. Not only did they save me headaches from Lexus dealers, they provided excellent service from start to finish. Do not take your Lexus to the dealers, Erwin and his team do it better ask fix only what needs to be fixed.

I’ve always had a great experience with this shop. They are honest mechanics who do quality work using original parts, and they back up their findings with detailed photo evidence. Their diagnoses have always been accurate, which my mechanic friend has also corroborated. They’ve fixed major issues with my Toyota, including when coolant exploded all over my engine, and got me back on the road. Erwin is always helpful and professional, whether I call in or visit the shop. Highly recommend their services!

They have saved me thousands of dollars this year. They are very communicative and honest. I have free dealership oil changes and the dealership always suggests/exaggerates the severity of issues and these folks steer me straight.

I have my Cadillac oil change and I requested to check what else need to be done because the last time I was at Cadillac dealership they are giving me a long list stuff that is need to be done. But this place Asian imports tells me that my car is in good shape nothing needs to be done except oil change. So far my experience is excellent. I will recommend this place in southwest valley (Jones blvd and maule ave).

Been twice now. Both times I was treated with a friendly professional attitude. Both times they did a thorough inspection of my car and contacted me quickly with all issues found. Every item included an estimate for the fix and the option to address it or not. Both times the work was done on time at the agreed price and the price was fair. Communication throughout was solid both times. Think I found my new mechanic. Thanks guys job well done!

Took my car for routine service and to check on my alarm system that wasn’t working. The alarm repair was out of my price range on original visit so didn’t get it fixed….a week later my car was stolen!…coincidence?? Idk.

I’ve taken 2 cars here and had a variety of repairs. Overall have had good service. Recent experience not so good though. They recommended power steering pump to be replaced - after it was replaced noise was worse. I let them know and they replaced pump again. And whine/noise is still louder than it originally was. I’m more upset they didn’t check noise after first replacement and even second replacement. I would have expected them to check and make sure problem was addressed. Very friendly people there but I won’t be going back to this place. Wasted my money for a repair that didn’t fix problem and they were not proactive in checking to see if repair fixed problem.

This is a shop you can actually depend on to give you the same great service and great repairs and great prices, every time. I have used all three of their locations and never been disappointed. I really like that they can text me all of the information I need as far as any services or repairs, with pictures. I like being able to take my time look at it and then decide what I want done and what I don’t. Then I just sign it, and it’s a click away from getting back to the shop and my car being Serviced and repaired per my authorization. Absolutely phenomenal.

Erwin at Asian Imports saved me when I was about to melt in the Nevada heat. The Subaru dealership said they needed 5 days to get the condenser needed to repair my Subaru's air conditioning. Five days in the middle of summer! Erwin called around and found a condenser, had it delivered, and installed it all in one day, for less than the dealership would have charged! Thank you, Asian Imports!
