I notice my daughter’s car needed an oil change. I called and set up an appointment with Jim. I mentioned I would be waiting for the car. So I went to get coffee and came back to the shop. As soon as it was done a few minutes later I was in my way. This is my go to shop on my cars. I recommend this shop for any auto needs.

As always, Asian Imports provides the best service and is always reasonable. This is the only place I take both of my cars for any service. People there are so honest. My Ford E-350’s batteries were dead. Asian Imports did a thorough check up and made sure there were no other issues but dead batteries. They then charged the batteries up without suggesting a replacement, as you often get from other shops. I appreciate its honesty and superb service.

Absolutely amazing! I took my 2013 Chevy Cruze to Meineke for my engine smoking. They put a bandaid on it and sent me on my way. A few months later the car starts to overheat after a few miles. I called Jim at Asian Imports last night to book an appointment. They fixed everything in ONE day and a great price. I also told him about my mother in law's alignment and he gave me a few pointers indicating she doesn't need to bring it in. Other shops would say just bring it in to get the money. Not these guys. Jim and his team are great and will be our main mechanic moving forward!

Always a pleasant experience bring my car in for service. They suggested a wiper change with my service, which I approved, but when I went to pickup my car, I was told they didn't do it because the available parts were too expensive. It was Christmas eve, so they couldn't get a more reasonably priced option. Nice that they are looking out for their customers.

Fair. Honest. Straightforward. Timely. They inspect, confirm your requested work and/or advise it is something else or not the root cause. Pictures to verify any of their inspection results. They recommend work, are open to discussion, then it is MY/YOUR decision how to proceed. I get to decide what I can afford but based on good auto repair information. Example: I need wheel alignment, they ask what our symptoms, they road test and confirm yeah something ain't right. They jack it up, see torn steering/suspension bushings, and send pics. They recommend solving the cause not just the symptom, and will be unwise and waste of money to do alignment. I do my due diligence on YouTube University from several contributors to learn wtheck a bushing/lower control arm is and how related to steering. Voila! 100% accurate. I bite the bullet, spend the bag, and my Honda Pilot runs better, smoother, with improved fuel economy!

I am from out of town. Called several places to see if anyone of them could work on my ram promaster. I received several excuses, from not sure to maybe to yes but we're busy. I called Asian and could tell they were a honest and customer friendly shop. I was told to bring it in and we can fix it. It was diagnosed quickly.I had a quote within hours and it was repaired by the next day. I am a mechanic and very impressed with their honesty and excellant service. The vehicles today are very complex and diagnosing them is sometimes difficult. I reccomend highly Aisian imports for all of your repairs. You can be assured you will get great service.

Jim in the front office at the Charleston location is 100% an attribute to your organization. He takes the time to explain all the work that is recommended. His input and insights are so helpful to me in deciding what mechanical work needs fixing right away as opposed to other recommended services. I also greatly appreciate that Asian Imports uses photos to back up their diagnostic findings. I had an AC compressor issue that was misdiagnosed at another local garage. I gave my business to Asian Imports because you revealed to me that the original diagnostic for replacing the radiator for a supposed leak was not the problem which your mechanic ruled out the radiator by performing a pressure test of the cooling system. My issue was actually the AC compressor and components which I had done by your shop. In addition, your shop pin-pointed my excessive oil-burning problem. I own a Honda CRV and I feel Asian Imports is frequently more knowledgeable about my Honda's issues than some other mechanics have been.
