The people who work here are direct, honest, and trustworthy. If we have an issue with the car that we can fix ourselves, they will let us know immediately. My boyfriend’s Honda gets serviced here and will continue to get serviced for as long as they are around. Once my car stops working, I will get a Honda so the guys here can work on my car as well. If you want a good mechanic, take your car here!

If you were to wake up Adam at 3 am he'd still fix your Honda with his eyes closed. That is the level of expertise these guys have. But it is not just about the skills, the folks are very transparent about the ETA, so if anything your car may be ready sooner than expected. They are also honest about the estimates you can expect. IMHO, it is worth the wait because you will get the RIGHT issue fixed for the RIGHT money.

Adam has honest, fair prices and is extremely knowledgeable about Hondas. The AC in my 2019 CRV stopped working which seemed to point to an issue with the compressor shaft seal that was covered under an extended 10-year warranty by Honda. After taking my car to Hendrick Honda, I was told it was not covered and quoted nearly $2,000 to fix it. Luckily, a friend referred me to Asia Works and I got a second opinion. Adam properly diagnosed the issue, which WAS covered under warranty, and now a different Honda dealer is fixing it for free. We'll be taking both of our Hondas to Asia Works from now on. Thank you, Adam!!

Located across the street from the Atrium Hospital in Pineville, Adam and his crew will HONESTLY tell you only what you need repaired rather than fool you for their profitable benefit. I've been using Adam for several years. I've been a loyally devoted Honda owner since 1986, so it's important to me to trust my Honda's maintenance to someone who's a pro and not a shade tree mechanic doing guess work and can't get the job done. Adam is a Certified Master Honda Mechanic as well as a great guy who takes life serious. That, for me, has been a winning combination. I've recommended him to friends and neighbors and always get a "thank you!" for his recommendation. They're closed on Sunday and Monday, but when you call, Adam schedules you for an appointed day, usually a week or so out. You bring your car by the evening before or when they open the day of your appointment and you get a call a few hours later telling you your car is ready and what he did. Unless your car has a very serious issue or in need of a rare part, same day turn around has always been the norm for me. If it's related to your Honda staying healthy, that's what they do. From oil and fluid changes to major repairs, they're as dependable as your favorite barber or stylist. Women are especially vulnerable when it comes to cars and dealerships, so that's the HUGE plus for any female hoping to not be taken advantage of. I'm not receiving any compensation for this review. I'm just motivated to get the truth out there about the great service Adam and his crew provides. Good, honest mechanics are a rare find. Dishonest dealerships are a dime a dozen.

Adam took great care of my vehicle. He explained what was wrong with my Civic so that even I understood what repairs were needed. If you own any Honda/Acura, this is the best shop in Charlotte for you. I will be coming to Asia Works for all my future maintenance.

Asia Works is the only shop that maintains/repairs my vintage 2002 Honda S2000. They only service Honda and Acura vehicles. Great service by a very knowledgeable staff.

Asian Works is honestly my favorite place to go for my Honda. Ever since they have been fixing my car, it runs really good and they are really fast plus they don't charge a lot especially here because they are honest and they are the best. Fast, professional, extremely knowledgeable service. Probably won’t trust anyone else with working on my Honda going forward. Adam really knows and takes pride in his craft, which is such a rarity these days! Really wish I had taken friends’ advice to try this shop much sooner. Highly recommend!

If you are tired of getting the usual horrible customer service USE THIS REPAIR SHOP! They are the BEST in service and experience. My brother in law needed help getting his 2001 Honda running again in an emergency. They take the time to completely explain all the issues and do it for a very fair price. Don't trust anyone else with your Honda!!! Even if they are a little booked out it is well worth the wait! You don't want to pay for one repair the other company suggest and it not even fix the issue and now you have to pay for another. Get it done right the first time around.
