Asher Auto Care is one of the best shops I've done business with in Dallas! I brought my truck in for an engine rebuild. Justin Shockley took care of everything with professionalism, providing a very fair and transparent price quote and a reasonable timeline for completion. Upon retrieving my truck, I was thrilled to find it running flawlessly, which is a testament to the high-quality work at Asher Auto Care. Since then, I've returned to have the shocks and struts replaced. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service I've received and will definitely be a returning customer for any future work or maintenance.

Wow! Expecting grunge in oil change waiting room? Not here! The person who checked me in was intelligent, kind, and understood me well. Work was done as promised , sooner than expected. I was soothed by the calm, peaceful, clean waiting area. Drink selection was great, varied and even sensitive to all tastes (nut milk, etc). I’ve never had a car experience like this before, not even a sales event. I will definitely be back for many more visits.

Great experience! Very precise with explanations of work to be done & finished when promised. Everyone was polite & even covered the cost of an Uber back home & back to pick up my car. Very pleased. I will be going back for any auto needs. I have a 2002 Toyota 4Runner & planning on keeping it!

They were able to get my car serviced in less than an hour and provided Uber services to and from home while I waited. Justin had amazing customer service and was able to follow up once my car was ready for pickup. Highly recommend 10/10.

Honestly cannot thank Justin enough I’ve never had a good time at a mechanic shop . But I came here and Justin really did his best to help me with my car and was a generous and honest man . I would definitely recommend coming here for any auto problems

I was taken care of immediately at Asher Auto Care and was able to talk to the technicians about what was going on with my car. They investigated for me and had me come out and see for myself, and then gave me a low pressure quote. The waiting area is very nice, cozy, and clean which makes a huge difference when you are waiting in shop for your care, and they also offered an Uber home if I did not want to wait in shop. Love this family business!

I decided to check out Asher & got my oil changed. First, the waiting area is so cozy, clean and furnished so nicely! The customer service is wonderful & Justin was super professional & discussed issues the mechanics found in my car without being pushy or forcing me to let them fix the issues (one of my biggest pet peeves with auto services). They sent an email to me that lead to a their website that displayed a very detailed yet concise invoice including the issues they found, estimated costs for each problem along with photos! I found this super helpful and efficient. I also appreciated the problems described in simple terms as I am not well versed when it comes to mechanical issues with cars. I will defineitly be back!!!

I would highly recommend Asher Auto Care. The staff is attentive, friendly, clearly communicate, promptly respond to inquiries and give helpful and clear explanations of needed repairs. I brought my vehicle in because it wouldn’t start. They diagnosed the issue, got it fixed quickly, and were transparent and informative. In fact, after they had finished the repairs and were doing a test run with my vehicle, they encountered another issue. They called me to discuss, and while I was initially worried about the happenstance of the circumstances, it turned out it was a loose nut causing a lot of noise. They took care of the problem free of charge. Overall, it felt like the technicians were like brothers who really wanted to make sure everything was top-notch on the vehicle before giving it back. Their work is done with integrity, reliability and quality. Additionally, unlike many other autobody shops in the area, the space/environment is clean & welcoming, they are “with the times” because they provide electronic estimates and work with you to choose the particulars of the repairs, they keep great records (not just slips of paper in archaic folder systems), offer a variety of ways to pay making it very convenient and easy for the customer, and they have complimentary transportation services. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I will be back for future auto repair needs and will recommend their services to all my friends/colleagues.

Everything was great. I stopped by on a late Friday afternoon for an oil change and they were happy to oblige. Justin was really good and provided some needed advice about a potential truck purchase. This was my first time going there and will be back.

Friendly service, and they’ll call an Uber for you to take you to/from the shop so you don’t have to wait around forever! I’m not very knowledgeable about cars but prices seem average for an auto shop. Justin was happy to answer any and all of my questions and even installed my new air filters (which he just saw sitting in my backseat) for free without me asking!

Had a wonderful experience at Asher Auto Care! I’ve been taking my car to the dealership for the past 5 years and was looking for a new option. Came to Asher for an oil change and state inspection. Great service from Justin who even helped tighten a squeaky bolt on my car door. Very nice and new waiting room. Overall very pleasant and I will be returning!

I had a noise in my wheel. Asher found the problem and we’re able to fix it for no charge. Honest people. They changed my oil, replaced oil filter, did multi point inspection and took care of state inspection. People were helpful and courteous. All was done for a reasonable charge.

Our Jeep has a very complex computer controlled air suspension system. Asher diagnosed a bad front strut. They must be repaired as a pair. There went Christmas... Asher is fair priced, extremely accommodating, experienced, forthright, and most of all, accountable. They exceeded expectations, and were unlike the local Jeep dealer who wants to bill for as many repairs in excess of the original complaint, and then turns over all the staff by the time you have a follow up issue. Asher is a local independent shop in a great, growing location, and with their skills, attitude, and terrific level of customer service, have earned our business and trust and are worthy of your support.

Stellar first experience with Asher Auto Care. Came in for a second opinion on a check engine light issue another dealership quoted me $1100 in repair fees. The staff at Asher took their time diagnosing this issue and was very communicative during the entire process. Asher prevented me from spending unnecessary money. Will definitely be back for any auto issues I have and highly recommend for anyone needing auto repairs.

Hi- I recommend very highly I have a very good experience Asher place. I found it in the mail a advertising and coupons from Asher. I called them made appointment Mr Justin helped they keep my car I have a ride to go home I didn't miss my work. Couple hours they explained everything my car needs prices my car was ready same day I have a ride this morning to come in pay and pick up my car I meet Mr. Andrew he's a gentleman explaining everything and he gave me the discount. My car feels good.😊 If you come over they'll take care you. Thanks

I was explained of all of my vehicles issues beforehand before I approved, I was having suspension issues, that were addressed and now my vehicle drives like new,I will be returning to get my vehicles serviced at Asher, they are fairly new in their location, but they stand behind the quality and customer satisfaction of their work, that I recommend.
