I can't thank ASG Automotive enough for their help with fixing part of my exhaust system that fell off. It had been noisy for a bit and then I hit a pot hole on Fall Creek. I heard dragging and pulled over to get help. When I turned, it fell off. Luckily I picked it up and saved the piece just in case. That was good thinking because they were able to use most all of it to do the repair. They quoted me one very reasonable price and was able to do the repair for even less. Reggie was amazing to work with. Thank you!

Logan and the other guys at ASG were amazing! They communicated with me regularly, only suggested necessary repairs, and the cost was far less than I anticipated for what was going on with my car. Edit: I made more repairs done at ASG earlier this week. There were a lot of things for them to do this time around, but I really appreciated their estimates being so detailed and including pictures of the issues that they found. I already believed that ASG was an honest business, but the measures they take to assure their customers that the pricier bills are justified really reaffirmed that belief. I worked with Reggie this time and he maintained the same great communication that I have experienced with Logan, as well.

When I go to ASF I know walking in the door I will receive professional service each and every time. Staff is super. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. I would rate them with a 15.

Great job on replacing the tensioner arm assembly, idler pulley, belt, air filter, battery. Changed oil & filter. Plus replaced the license plate fixture and bulb. In short order. Thank guys!

This has bothered me for awhile and I think anybody looking to have this shop work on your car needs to be aware of this. I wanted to get an estimate for an undisclosed repair work. I searched google for a shop capable of performing this work. After contacting a few place my research finally led me to ASG. I was very impressed with their website and after talking to them on the phone I had no doubts they are capable of performing the work. ASG did a great job of taking my car in and listening to me. A couple of days later they called me and dropped a huge one on me. Now, I wasn't born yesterday and in this day in age I have the power of the internet to gather information such as expected price ranges for this kind of work so I knew what the low end to high end price was for this job. They wanted well above and beyond the high end price by several thousands. I'm thinking "holy moly I'm at the wrong place, this shop must be for really high end exotic stuff for people with deep pockets". At this point I immediately got my car out of there because that was a ridiculous estimate to have been so high. Fast forward 2 weeks and they called me back. "Hey we made a mistake when we priced that job it should only be $xxxx". I'm thinking "no fudging poodoo, you don't say". The new price was still on the high end but within the expected scale that I found in my research. Had they given me the more accurate price to begin with I would have gladly let them fix it right then and there. Did they really make a mistake with the estimate or did they think they had themselves a sucker? I don't know. Unless the guy that worked up the quote was brand new I don't see how they wouldn't see this as a red flag. TLDR; If you go here for an estimate just ask them "Hey, let's cut the bantha poodoo and fast forward two weeks, what's the actual price?" and maybe you can save yourself some time because all this place did was waste my time. Not only did they waste my time they also charged me the diagnostic fee just so they could screw up the repair quote and squeeze $150 which they shouldn't have charged because I was there to just get the quote for the work because I already knew what the problem was.

Never have to worry about being taken advantage of or shortcuts. My immediate issue with the car was addressed in a timely fashion. Appreciated excellent communication throughout the process, including thorough explanation of was else needed to be done to the car to keep it in top condition following expiration of dealer warranties. Take comfort in knowing all the work done is covered for four years...who else does that? Thank you guys!

The best diagnosis team I've come across! They did in less than 24 hrs what Tom Wood couldn't even start in 3 days, seriously their turn around time is fantastic! They are a bit pricier, but I wouldn't doubt the quality of their work. I decided to hold off on having work done with them this time because we all be struggling in this economy, but would absolutely go back if I had a problem that needed diagnosed in a heartbeat! And have already recommended them to others for their excellent capabilities! I'm very grateful to them!

Excellent customer service, very professional.. I felt no pressure from this shop in selling me service that I didn’t need when it came time to service my vehicle . Any and everything was pinpointed on my car as far as what was needed to be serviced to what was less important in servicing my vehicle.. Highly recommended if you need your car done at a good price.. Thank you..

Fantastic experience with this company! They’re very knowledgeable in the inner workings and details of a somewhat specific car make and model, and even provided some guidance on increasing our sale price based off of the condition of the car. They were very fair in talking through the repair suggestions on what was essential and what was just recommended. Most other companies would skew that information and make you feel like everything is essential. Will absolutely use them again!
