Amazing service from this place. Called about my car overheating after replacing the thermostat and radiator cap (replaced by a different mechanic), quoted me $50 to get some tests done. Drove down there, was told my radiator cap isn’t holding pressure and to start by replacing it. Left and less than 20 minutes later, replaced the cap on my own and the car is running just fine again! Wanted to charge me 150.00 to put freon in my ac...then $75 to just remove my interior door panel to see why window won't roll down. Do not go there. Silvers auto on dryer did it for $50 that day.

I brought my vehicle here after the A/C failed. Within 5 minutes before I could finish drinking some water in the waiting area, they located the issue and showed me what was wrong. While they weren’t able to fix it on the spot - they recommended a location that could. Their honesty and speed is hard to come by, and if they recommend anyone to you - I would highly suggest to follow it.

Marty is so sweet and kind, the 2 mechanics outside were also very nice. My husband took his SUV there and Marty updated him in a timely manner. I highly recommend to family and friends and will always be taking my vehicles there when needed!

Very good service. Reasonable prices. Marty talks with you and makes sure that you understand everything that's going on and makes sure that you know what's being charged before they do any work. Thank you for taking care of my sons car for us.

I called to inquire about services due to some doubts I was getting from a diagnostic at a dealership. The owner told me to stop by and reviewed the diagnostic with me to make sure everything they had told me was to correct and have a game plan to address what is needed for my vehicle. As it turns out, the diagnostic from the dealership was inflated and the true need was a different error code, confirmed there at Arves Jones! Saved me time and money. I am thankful for their help and support and will continue to use them for vehicle maintenance and services.

We left our car last week and had to keep calling to get any updates on what was going on. Was charged $100 just to get codes on what was wrong with the vehicle which we already had and had communicated to Marty. I’m more upset of the lack of communication after being told we would be called back the next day multiple times

Edit to My review below. Went to pick up my car Monday and something else went wrong. The team there came to see what the noise was and we trouble shot the issue down to the starter. They replaced the starter and had it ready for me to pick up the next day! Thank yall! My chrysler appreciates it! Had my car towed here because I thought from hitting something cause my car to mess up, they found the issue and started working on it. Very friendly and caring staff! Can't wait to have my car back!
