I regret choosing ARS. My repair was paid for by the other driver's insurance, and ARS didn't bother submitting the extra work for approval until my car was repaired. They then held my car ransom for two additional days while waiting for the insurance company to approve the extra work they had already done. Maybe it was a one-time error, but, if so, why did they act like it was the normal course of business. FYI, supplemental billings should be approved by the insurance company BEFORE the work is done—you know, just in case they want to come have a second look or discuss the additional charges. ARS just bypassed the correct process and then it became my problem.

I don’t know how they did it! I Backed it to someone and did some damage to the back quarter panel on my Tahoe. They said that they shouldn’t have to replace the whole panel and they would be able to pull it out and it will be unnoticeable. They did pull it out and I think I have a good eye, till this day I and others can NOT see the work they preformed. It is absolutely PERFECT!!!! I cannot see anything out of place. If you want excellent work done this is the place!

Great experience from start to finish! Competitive price, excellent communications, fast turnaround. All of the associates were professional & friendly. Our Chevy Bolt looked like a new car when I picked it up. I couldn’t tell where the car had been painted. They also detailed the car! I highly recommend ARS!!!!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. They went above and beyond, the rental car was as convenient as possible through them, they got my repair done in 3 days instead of 5-7, the price was beyond reasonable and they were kind enough to clean up my disaster interior, which was in no form related to the repair and was such a pleasant surprise!!!

If you are considering where you should take your vehicle for maintenance or repairs, look no further than ARS Automotive. I have used ARS many times before and have always received excellent quality work. The staff is friendly, and their team is extremely knowledgeable. I recently got some extensive engine work done on my vehicle and couldn't be happier with the whole process. It is important for me to use a company that I trust and that is honest. They fixed my vehicle for a fair and reasonable price. A special mention to Joe, whom I communicated with. He kept me updated and is excellent at his job. I will always recommend ARS Automotive.

Stopped past to get a quote on a scratch maybe 5 inches on my passenger door some lady quoted me $2400 (atleast) to repair i declined went to body by cochran it was less than $500

My experience at ARS Automotive was top notch. The staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. I was kept apprised of the work being performed on my car. I cannot say enough about this place!! They are so thorough and professional, and made repairs that three other places could not diagnose and fix. My Chevy was at the Chevrolet dealership 3 times, thinking who better to go to than the dealership. Well, ARS is who to go to!! Very fair, and Joe Fordyce is my hero! Thank you!

I had a great experience with ARS. The estimate was fast and they were quick to get me scheduled for a repair. I was updated with text messages on the status of my car. I really appreciated the ability to drop off and pick up after hours. Everyone I interacted with was polite and helpful. I would recommend to anyone!

From the moment I called to the moment I drove my fixed car away, everything was amazing! Everyone was so kind. They went above and beyond on my car. They made sure I understood exactly what they were repairing. I can’t comment on price because insurance covered the repairs but I can tell you it would be worth it to have to pay!
