Brought in a car for PPI, and not only was the shop really nice with massaging chairs, coffee and TV while you wait, but the staff was great, knowledgeable and saved me from making a $17,500 mistake. Both the guys were named Mike, but I got to give a shout out to both. Super friendly and even helped us look us similar cars in the area. Will definitely give them my business if in the area again.

THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST. installed my part with no major issues in a timely manner, were very communicative and helpful, great pricing compared to competitors, and convenient location for me. I like being told what is wrong with my car and why and the best course of action to fix it, the communication is amazing. I can tell these guys care about their customers more than they care about making a quick buck off others problems. I recommend them for any maintenance or repair, major or minor. I have been to alot of automotive shops in my life, and this place was by FAR the best experience that I have ever had. Mechanic was very knowledgeable, and instead of them just telling me my truck issues, they took me back and showed me. Probably the only place that I will ever go again! Very reasonable prices too. Definitely take your vehicle there!

Great experience. Called on a Saturday morning and they were able to get my car in and fixed the same day! And getting a broken air conditioner fixed immediately during a hot spell was unexpected but welcome. Service was quick, friendly and reasonable. Nicest waiting rooms I've ever encountered.

Started hearing a hiss, stopped by this shop after being told that this was a company I could trust. Met the young man who spoke positively and respectfully with every customer that came in. They looked my Benz over, told me what part I was needing and the price to fix it. I tried paying them on the spot but because the part wasn't there they wouldn't hear of it. Long story short, I came back for my appointment and 1 hour and 20 minutes later I was back on the road. Ooh and it was even cheaper than quoted because I am a Veteran. I came in as a walk in and was treated with the utmost courtesy. They fit me in and addressed my problem. Being unfamiliar with Edmond I had no clue who to go to and I'm sure glad I chose here.

I chose Automotive Repairs and Maintenance because they are a smaller operation and locally owned. I prefer to support small businesses whenever it makes sense. In this case I didn't ask about price before service, I went in for a front end alignment on my Toyota Tacoma, and I assumed a front end alignment wouldn't cost more than $150. I was charged almost $250 for that service. I was assuming I would receive quality service at a fair price. I believe I received quality service but not at a fair price. The facilities and staff are nice. Update - after speaking with a staff member he informed me that I received a lifetime alignment, not a one time alignment. I was not informed of this prior to the service being rendered. I believe this price is reasonable and fair for a lifetime alignment. They also offered a free tire rotation.

I had received a lengthy list of repairs from. National auto shop on a used car I had recently purchased. The prices provided seemed high so I reached out for a 2nd opinion. ARM was generous with their time on the phone when I called listening to me on the phone. Their estimate over the phone was way less than the other guys so I made the 30 minute drive to them and they did not disappoint. The technician came into the waiting area and explained what repairs we needed and confirmed with me the ones I didn’t that the other guys said I desperately needed. I waited for the work to be performed and all the staff was checking in on me periodically. Car drives great! Parts came with warranty as well! Well worth my rainy drive to them today!

Had a great experience taking my Fiat 500 in for inspection as a walk-in. They made the process easy, and did not try to push or over sale, or talk down to me as a woman. They appreciate Veterans and gave a discount. I ended up staying in the lobby while they replaced the break pads, and it certainly was a perk to sit a massage chair while I waited. Truly a great experience and I will be going back!

Mike and he's team did a great job on my old truck. New Exhaust, all those oil leaks stopped. And 2 inch lowering shackles for the back. I'll be back for more upgrades later appreciate you guys. Can't wait to get some paint and body work from you guys as well. 🛻🚙🏎🏍🚚
