really nice family and they do quick and good work! i appreciate that their prices are all listed out—i hate the feeling in other shops that they’re charging different people different prices but its all spelled out on their contract which you see ahead of time. got a quick oil change and brake sensor repair, will be back!

Arevalo's Auto Shop No Go Shop, During my visit to the auto shop, I encountered several issues that left me feeling dissatisfied and frustrated. Firstly, despite having a brand new 2024 car, they attempted to charge me for unnecessary work by presenting numerous supposed problems with my vehicle. Additionally, their billing system included hourly charges along with diagnostic fees without any actual repair or service being performed. Furthermore, what added insult to injury was their insistence on cash payments only and an uncooperative attitude when questioned about the legitimacy of the charges. The staff were argumentative and unwilling to address concerns in a professional manner. .

My husband and I have been dealing with Eric for years whenever we need auto work done he is always our choice. He is honest and reasonable I appreciate that in this day & age. My vehicle feel like new leaving Arevalos shop. Definitely worth every penny. Best service in Brooklyn 💯

Service was great. Very professional. Every worker made sure I understood everything that was happening and everything that needed to be done. They fixed what was asked and what was necessary. Not 1 time did they try to get me to fix something that didn’t need to be fix unlike most other mechanic shops that’s I have dealt with. My truck sounded terrible and now she sounds brand new.

I highly recommend this business.The people at this auto shop are very professional, very courteous, and treat you like you have a brain. Before the work is done the head mechanic his name is Eric explains everything that needs to be done so that you understand where your money is going. There is no price gauging, no trying to convince you to do other things that don't need to be done, just an honest explanation of what you have to get done to your car to keep it safe and on the road. I received my car in a wonderful condition and I am very happy with their service. I would highly recommend them. I will not go to any other mechanic for my car ever again we have found our auto mechanic home.

I highly recommend this business. I was from out of town on a Thursday afternoon and did not know what to do when I hit a pothole and all the oil drained out of my car. They kindly stayed open and welcomed me, had the insurance inspection the next day and began repairs. They were so nice as I was very worried and felt quite helpless. My car is in great shape and even runs better.

Came in for an idler pulley replacement. Job was done, however, I was charged nearly $600 for a job that on average should cost $2-300. If you are coming to this shop, I would simply recommend shopping around some more to ensure that you are getting the best price possible.

I love my mechanic. They are professional they get the job done rite the first time so you won't have to repay for the same services. They are understanding and will go all out to help solve whatever issues is wrong with your vehicle. I highly recommend!!! I've been a customer with them about a year and I'm truly satisfied with this business.

I dropped off my car here for the third time yesterday for a state inspection. Each time I’ve come, the staff has been nothing but absolutely sweet. I never knew my experience at the mechanic would be so pleasant. I admittedly am not sure how to put air in my tires correctly, and this was the reason for my first visit. I was not only helped, but they showed me what to do and did not charge me. Because of this I brought my car back a second time, when it needed some work done. Everything that needed work was shown to me and explained to me. The same thing for my state inspection. This is truly the first time I’ve ever trusted a mechanic and felt like I was not being scammed. I strongly recommend taking all of your business for auto needs to Arevalo’s!

The BEST auto shop in Brooklyn. They are like family to me. I am so grateful they exist and will never take my truck anywhere else. They restored my engine from scratch and fixed the AC on my 89' toyota pick-up. So amazing and friendly, and very affordable!
