I can prove but that you cheated me out of a lot. You took so much of my money and I had a professional tell me most parts were not replaced, the struts you bought for my car don't actually go to my car but a different vehicle, he said the last person to work on my car which was y'all had put dirt and leaves in my fluids in the car. I can prove that you did not fix my brother in law's truck and you also did not give him a full refund which you agreed to do and he has it in written/texted words. He may pursue. I won't. I just think people should know you're a scam. Let's not have your friends posting good reviews for us now.

I called the owner to discuss I found it suspicious when my son quit and his impact came up missing. I tried to talk to the owner. He heard I was accusing all employees! I received 8 texts. At 6 I asked him to stop. Then he had two other employees text me ready to get rough. I explained sometimes I get rude or verbally confrontational. It's my bipolar and to stop texting. They were harassing me. I would never take my vehicle to Rotors. The driveway is gravel. It's off the main roads and the owner has zero customer service.

I came here because i was having belt issues on my honda accord. Matt was straight forward with what needed to be done. He let me bring in my own parts and charged me cheapest price in town to have it installed. He takes his job very seriously and does a very good job.

I was driving across the country in December when my alternator quit working. I bought a new one from a local autoparts store and planned on replacing it myself in the parking lot of the motel I had to stay at, but with windchill it was 5 degrees outside. A worker at the auto store recommended his friends' shop (Rotors Inc.'s owner, I forget his name) and I waited for them to open. He did my repair first thing when he opened his shop, using my own parts, and finished in less than two hours at a price I would be glad to pay for any work ever done on my car again. Such a great deal. Thanks so much for saving me on a day that could have turned out to a real piece of crap.

Took my car to get tuned. They tuned my car and installed parts that I brought in. They were reasonable with their prices. They got it done fast and would recommend anybody to go there. Rotors Inc. don't just work on rx7's. They specialize in any car from tunes, brakes, timing belts, or turbos. They know how to do it all.
