I came here third time to fix my van on different issues each time. The owner , Rafael, is very honest and kind mechanic I've ever experienced my entire life. And I saw him treating each customer with respect and sincere. He even let me stayed on my van offering me to use his garage power so I can run my fridge in the van until my van got fixed good. He even asked me if I need anything also. Like blanket or something. He's type of person who goes above and beyond to help customers. And his crews and office lady are kind and charming as well. If there were 10 STARS, I would give him the 10 STARS. I'm a permanent disabled man on two crutches and am recovering from Colon Cancer. Very few treat people like me the way Rafael does. And he treats every customer with same heart. I can tell. I MOST HIGHLY recommend RAFAEL and Apex Auto Tech II on 2205 Spencer Hwy . Their prices are VERY REASONABLE AND FAIR !! Thank you VERY SO MUCH, Rafael and crews for your kindness!! God bless your business and personal life !!

My husband, Rusty, for a while, referred to this automotive shop as a "second home," with a very comfortable couch where he could doze off while waiting for our vehicles to be ready. I know that my husband can be very impatient at times and often forgets that he is not their only customer. Despite all of that, the dynamic duo Alex and Ralph go above and beyond for all the customers who walk through their doors. The front desk staff are always professional, friendly, and you feel a warm sense of family as everyone refers to clients on a first name basis whether it be your first or 50th visit. Considering their age, they are not only masters at their trade, but they understand the importance of community and keeping their clients happy. This small business isn't out to gauge single moms with no mechanical savy or, sell you things you don't need. These guys and the staff are always working no matter how hot or cold it is outside. They are not keeping your vehicle for ludicrous amounts of time and will try if possible to have your vehicle ready the same day. Understandably, this does not always happen and that is perfectly fine with us. Quality of work overrides quantity of hours spent ensuring hat my vehicle is both safe to drive and fully operational.

We went there to fix their water pipes(my fiance is a plumber) so we weren't there for our vehicle but I noticed the employees r very helpful & friendly w their customers.

Where to start??? Due to a string of circumstances, I am now a "Raphael" customer for life. This guy is amazing!!! I'm a recently widowed school librarian who works locally. I desperately needed a mechanic I could trust - and I found him!! I don't write reviews often - it takes an "above and beyond" work & personal ethic to impress me. But Raphael has exceeded that bar a million times over just in the last two months! He has my total trust and loyalty as a customer - there's just no words for those like him. Thank you Raphael!! 😡😡no los recomiendo pesimo servicio muy mala experiencia no volvere jamas tuve q pagar 150 aprox mas por un error de ellos y todavia qerian armar mi carro sin empaqes para sacarlo del taller si no aceptava la diferencia mecanicos pen😡😡

This was my first time coming here and I am so glad I did. Jose works in the front and has great customer service and answered all my questions. To be honest I was a bit worried at first since I have never been here and really didn't know what was wrong with my vehicle. They diagnosed the problem and have really great prices. I really recommend you come here and they do a little bit of everything. I brought my car in because the engine light was on. They fixed it and labor cost was cheap. Great place to come to and trust!!👍👍

Apex has been a true life saver for me and my 2003 Montero. The staff @Spencer location are very nice and professional. They tell you expectations up front and provide a great value with their pricing. They don't try to overcharge or take advantage. They have serviced several things for me from spark plus replacement, alternator and fixing A/C among other things. Extremely pleased every time!
