After a tough time on the road and being out of town, Apex was fantastic and stress free. They answered my calls immediately, they took note of the issues I was concerned about, and reassured me through the process. They took a look ar my jeep, kept me in the loop, gave me discounts, and gave me a very fair price on an alightment. On a whim, this is a very reliable mechnic place and I do recommend.

I needed my vehicle checked out, and the team at Apex auto service were really helpful and friendly. They were able to tell me what was wrong with my car through some scans that they did. They were nice to keep my vehicle there for over a week, until I had it picked up, and didn’t charge me any fee for having it there.

Apex Auto Services is awesome. They have always gotten my vehicle in quickly. They will call you anytime they need to change your service order. It’s amazing how many times they called me keeping me updated on my service. They even drive me home when I drop my car off! You can’t beat that! Quality work is done quickly and I believe the pricing is fair. Highly recommended.

Scam place. If you have a truck please don’t waste your time at this shop. Needed one seal replaced and they insisted on replacing every seal without request. They will charge you insane prices without any logic or reason. The reviews on their website are misleading & probably fake.

Dishonest - setup an appointment for PA emissions & safety inspections, was told it would be $49.50. Invoice was for over $100, they charged $49.50 for both emissions & safety.

I want to thank Jason for being willing to take a look at my car that died right outside of his shop! It was after closing on a Friday when I peeked my head in and he still came out and took a look to help ease my fears heading into a weekend. There is something to be said about local business. Family working together and providing quality service and treating customers like a friend. I assure you folks that you will receive this very treatment at Apex Auto. I bought a car that should never have been sold to me. Apex was determined to get me back on the road in the face of great adversity in trying to acquire a part that was no longer manufactured. They called me regularly and kept me updated. Finally it was useless to try any longer. This part was just not going to cooperate. They didn't charge me for any of their time or hard work. I offered and again they said they wouldn't accept. These are good folks at Apex. It is what this country is all about.

Everyone at Apex that I talk to is always so helpful and they try to be as accommodating as possible. The mechanics are very communicative and I feel comfortable to ask questions which are always met with detailed explanations. Highly recommend!

They did exactly what they said they'd do, looked at it when they said they would, did the diagnostics I had approved, and then addressed the problem that my car wouldn't start. Beyond that, the mechanic explained the various possible reasons, chose the least expensive to try, and when it worked suggested what my future options were. I trust them. You can't say that about every auto repair shop.

I had a pre-purchase inspection performed here for a used vehicle and the shop was fantastic. They were communicative, flexible, and when the inspection was being performed the mechanic walked me through what maintenance I should expect in the near future and what to expect to revisit in the future. Excellent service and a special thank you to the mechanic who helped me. I believe his name was Isaiah, he was incredibly helpful and even assisted me after hours when I needed to borrow a screw driver to switch license plates. Great and honest shop

When I moved to the city, my boyfriend recommended this place to me for car inspections. This is my second year in a row going here and the service is always great! Super kind and friendly people. The hospitality sets it apart from other garages, therefore I'll probably be going to apex as long as I live in Pittsburgh!
