*Note updated* I would’ve hoped after posting and the Apache sands owners response stating to provide my already provided contact info- still no contact after following instructions-. BBB also still also seeking follow-up- very disappointed… use cation.. also I now see a similar recent concern from another unresolved customer … see below for original posting. I Had to return three times for a promised alignment-I’ve made multiple phone calls, I cautioned after the second call that I was going to make a complaint if I couldn’t get resolution…followed up after dates had passed that I was promised return calls from a Brian that was the “ main boss” Nothing… . I gave your Organization a lot of grace here to try to make it right – your non-response to me or even eventually to the BBB tells me ,we are not a good match and may not be for others as well-I just wanted to part ways amicably. A summary of my experience is below. So very unfortunate you have to chase for service. .I purchased an RV and bought new tires and inquired with Apache Sands regarding a proactive test for an alignment . I spoke with Brendan he made a case that they were more expensive than my second choice, however their work was superior. After the consult, he claimed it was misaligned & my steering wheel needed reinstalled for an extra $. i was surprised as it wasn't previously off set. - but trusted him. They complimented the previous RV owner mentioning a large amount of custom work had been done on the alignment at a great expense- I at that moment questioned Apache Sands acumen’s to make sure they were up to the task and was assured they knew what they were doing. I paid the $ 365 alignment, and extra $179 for the steering wheel. I picked up my vehicle, and immediately noticed a large dollar bill size grease stain on a previous spotless passengers seat. They removed the stain. On the drive home i noticed a strong pull into the oncoming lane, called and spoke with Brendan and made arraignments to return again ( each trip required an uber to return) . After a day it was ready again, i returned again with RV, picked up and on return home had same pull again, and noticed the steering wheel now was legitimately offset?! I immediately returned again, spoke with Brenden "he said he had lost faith in the process" referred me to Kenny whom insisted it was all proper and he had viewed it personally. I insisted on a test ride with Kenny the manager. After a short distance he apologized and said it certainly wasn’t correct and it needed to be left again for the 3rd time. When i picked up -and was assured all was well- Kenny explained some of the previous custom equipment that needed loosened, and retightened, said the steering wheel needed to be removed again replaced back to the original setting. After arriving at home i noticed some body damage was asked to send pictures and was promised a call- no call two attempts to a Brian, the manager/Owner- to no avail/ response. I’ve since contacted the original co. that did the custom work, they inspected, said D.Sands, had returned the RV alignment to their original settings- and potentially compromised their work, also didn't know the safety system ,caused the misalign issue and been the reason entire steering wheel drama.

We recently took one of our buses for an alignment. We spoke with Brenden. Everything seems to be fine. Until we get a call from Brenden about the vehicle needing extra parts and work. We kindly declined because we found that to be odd that they wanted an extra $700 for an extension bolt kit on top of the $360 we pay for the alignment. We picked up the vehicle and Brenden attitude completely changed, extremely rude. While driving back we noticed the steering wheel misaligned about 10 degrees to the right. I called back about 5 times no answer or call back. Finally after a whole day gone by- I finally get a whole of Brenden. He tried to explained to me that it was the bolt kit that we didn’t put on that caused the misalignment, which turn out not true. He literally yelled at me over the phone. Horrible customer service. We have fleets over 50+ vehicles that we are looking for wheel alignments all the times but this is not it. This place has great reviews on other services but alignments they need help. Never coming back again.

These guys were great! It was a bit expensive, but they were willing to work with me on one of my many rv needs. I am very pleased with everything they did. They even dealt with a sudden dead battery issue and and last minute request for wiper blades. I will go back to them with future needs. Thanks again, guys. And look at these awesome tires! I can go anywhere, now.

This is my one stop for all my needs. Gas, propane, dump and self car wash. Tony always greets me with a smile. I don’t use the service dept as I have others for that.

FYI , Do not take your vehicles here. I went in here with an oil leak and told them I thought my struts and shocks were bad as well that my vehicle hits bumps and makes a very loud clucking noise . These guys ( Brenden & Kenny) came back with your vehicle needs sway bars , control arms , ball joints outer tie rods and that would take care of the loud noise it makes when going over bumps. I brought it back in cuz the noise was back. Then they came back with I needed all new motor mounts they are all bad it will cost you $ 1700.00 . I told them not to touch my car I would come and get it . When I picked it up I asked them to print me out everything they did to my car and at the bottom of the receipt it says recommended services replace front struts and replace rear shocks. Isn’t that what I came in saying I thought my car needed? So why wouldn't you say yes your struts need to be replaced? . they have me do services that wasn’t what was necessary ? I think their customer service is poor and has a zero rating . They charged me $1709.73 for the sway bar link, lower control arms , outer tie and rods with a Costco discount of $355.59. I ended up bringing my car somewhere else for a second opinion and what do you know the motor mounts weren’t bad but the struts sure were. Beware of where you are taking your vehicle this is not the place. I’m somebody’s daughter . I rate this business with Very poor business standards.

We took Honda Odyssey not blowing cold. They charged us 2700 dollars to replace AC system. Still did not blow cold, took it back and they said they missed a part. Then gave us car back and said it is blowing cold. But, it still does not work. The AC is not repaired.

We take 3 vehicles for repairs or maintenance. Great customer service all the way around! I feel their techs are well rounded and always see all makes and model cars in for service. Yay, honest and close to home, can't beat that! We really use our vehicles traveling from state to state and lots of dirt roads along with ranch work. Apache Sands keeps us up and running!

ROBBED ME BLIND. I TURNED IN THE TRUCK ON TIME AND CLEANED IT UP (EVEN THOUGH IT WAS DIRTY WHEN I GOT IT) THEY WENT AHEAD AND CHARGED MY CARD FOR TIME AND GAS AND THE CLEANLINESS. FRICKEN RACKET THIS BUSINESS. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!!! BUYER BEWARE, THESE ARE PROFESSIONAL THIEVES!!!!!!!! THEN I FIND OUT THEY ARE NOT BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU ACCREDITED. WELL I WILL CHECK FIRST WITH EVERY BUSINESS NOW.

These people lie and overcharge like mad. They give bad advice, and when it doesn’t work out, they just charge you more. Car prices and inflation are out of control, so the more unscrupulous mechanics are up to old tricks like this, but I really don’t appreciate it, especially how they lied to my wife. I really wish I took my vehicle somewhere else, but lesson learned.
