The very best - great prices and amazing service. Alex and his workers are so knowledgeable and attentive to detail. They can figure out any problem - Alex takes the time to really find the cause of the issue and fix it properly.

Went to get my AC cleaned and fix an annoying rattling noise on my Lexus. Got both issues fixed in a quick turnaround and for a great price too. I highly recommend, a local shop with A+ service.

As far as the work done & the prices, I figure they're good. I don't really know anything about cars, but I've gone here many times and didn't have any mechanical problems afterward and the prices seem to be lower than some other places. HOWEVER, to say that they're not exactly "customer service pros" would be an understatement. Do not expect to be shown the remotest politeness, friendliness, or warmth. They basically talk to you like this: "What you need?" "What time" "No" "Yes" "Ok you're done" "What?" "What?" "Yeah I'm doing it". If you get a "bye" as you're walking out the door after your visit, you should consider yourself lucky because even that is a rarity. Stone-faced several syllable responses are the standard here, and if you try to be friendly yourself, you still will not be able to illicit any emotion from anybody involved. Some might say it's the language barrier, but A) I speak Russian myself and this is my experience even as someone who speaks the language that most of the employees are fluent in, and B) Even the employees who speak English proficiently still act like this, regardless what language you speak to them. There is also no official receptionist/front-desk person, so oftentimes you will walk into the lobby and just end up standing in front of the counter until someone happens to not only walk by, but walk by and actually pay you the slightest bit of attention (I say this because most people walking by will not). You basically have to just wait for however long it takes, or walk into the shop area yourself and try to flag somebody down, which is not an easy task, as most are very content to just ignore you. TLDR: The work & prices seem fine, but if you care at all about being treated with politeness and respect (the way I do), then I would take this review into consideration.
