Jalen was an absolute lifesaver and I appreciate him. He communicated very well when he was unable to show up at the time we agreed to. He made it and instantly diagnosed my car and knew exactly what to do. He was very helpful with questions being answered and advice. I was back on the road in no time and my car is no longer rapidly jerking. I’m glad I found him and recommend that all contact him for their car service needs!👌🏽

10/10 would recommend. Diagnosed and fixed the problem for less than what the dealership would have cost. Came the same day, was very communicative about a small delay, and was just a lovely trustworthy person . Also knows his cars. Will be a repeat customer for sure

Services were great, I called him the day before at the end of the day he came to me the next day with no problems even went to get the part for me. He changed one cable for me on my battery the only thing I was surprised about was the cost 185 for one battery post and the next day it didn't crank. I had to pay someone else to look at it and they tighten it up and it's been running since. I do command him on his availability and quick service.

Great mechanic, works with you and will show you what he is doing and why he has to. Has patience too. Gave him a call, he was available in less than an hr and how my car running in less than 2. If its a minor fix, his prices are fair and works quick

I will never use another mechanic besides Jalen at Anytime Mobile Mechanic as long as I live in Memphis! My radiator hose blew out at work this morning and Jalen was on sight to fix and replace the hose within 1 hour of calling him. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable mechanic!
