I had a great experience with my first time going to Anthem Automotive. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was excellent communication during the whole process. Chris and the team made sure I understood what needed to be fixed and why. They got my car fixed up and back on the road in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Anthem to anyone that is looking for a quality auto shop in Atlanta.

The team at Anthem is simply the best. When I took my car for a routine oil change, I mentioned that my interior lights haven’t been working. They took a look and quickly assessed the problem and fixed it—hundreds less than the dealership and so fast. Highly highly recommend this team—the best!

I am very satisfied with my Anthem Automotive experience. I booked an appointment after reading several reviews, and now I can say from experience, the reviews are accurate! Great service. Fair prices! Amazing communication! In a world where lackluster customer service, underdeveloped skills and knowledge, and bloated prices are becoming the unfortunate norm, Anthem stands out as they deliver excellence in each of these areas. I've recommend Anthem and definitely will return for automotive service!

I am so thankful for the team at Anthem. My dad used to help with my car but now that he lives in a different state these guys are who I trust. They always do a great job and they’re extremely helpful whether it’s maintenance or just needing air in my tires. These guys are my hero's!

I have been taking my car here for years. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. After hours pick up and drop off is very easy. UPDATE: I went to a new shop and they balked at the mess that was made under the hood after my last oil change at anthem. Seems like my car wasn’t well taken care of after all sadly. called to take two cars in for an oil change & the team told me to bring it in before 9 and they’d do them both next day, and they did. the service was great, prices were competitive, and they were communicating well with me to tell me when my cars were ready and what services would cost ahead of time.

I had issues with my car engine, took it to Anthem Automotive and they diagnosed & repaired the problem smoothly. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. The car is working great now and I am very happy with the job they did. It feels like I am driving a new car.🚘

I just booked another appointment at Anthem for service on wife's car after a great experience I had with repairs on my car. I took my car to Anthem for suspension repairs TO FIX the job I had received from a different establishment. The booking process is easy and the service was so superior I decided to post a review. Everything is efficient: you book online, get a response from a rep, discuss the service, and then drop the car off. After they check out the car you are contacted by a rep and they give you an estimate. In my opinion, the estimate was very fair for the amount of work I needed. The service was completed before expected and the car rides like new. I'll be just coming here from now on.

Overall, an okay experience. Dropped my car off on Friday and it was ready till the following Wednesday. Needed to repair a coolant leak. $595.95 for parts and $$1,195.95 for labor. It’s too early to tell, but my O2 sensor was replaced by Meineke and they did a piss poor job. Took it back to Meineke 3 times and engine light was still on. I had Anthem do a diagnostic test for $99.99 and they fasten the oxygen sensor wiring and connectors and swapped the downstream sensor connection for a grand total of $344.99. Total out the door $2,382.00. Probably, could have found someone cheaper, but they had good reviews. Great customer service. Technician notes were very detailed. No military discount.

The guys at Anthem helped my car get back to running smoothly in a timely manner. They even let me send them a video so they could hear what was going on with my car, so I could avoid the dreaded response of "could not duplicate." Other dealerships would not work on my car because it is older than 10 years old and hadn't been serviced by them before. But the guys at Anthem didn't even bat an eye. As long as I'm living in the area, I think I found my new auto shop.

They said I needed a new intake manifold to the tune of $1,200. All that was needed was to attach a loose hose properly. It took me 30 minutes to do that. Also, $1,200 would have been massively overpriced even with OEM parts.

Took great care of my vehicle. Explained the issues which I generally knew I had and didn't feel pushed for extra work or over the top extras anywhere. Even worked as much as possible with budget and what was most important to fix. Will be going back.

No one likes spending money on car repairs, but this place always makes the experience more bearable. The team is amazing to work with and they are incredibly efficient and affordable. Thank you to Forry and the Anthem team for always being so amazing! I refuse to take my cars anywhere else.

Amazing people all around. Very communicative, I don’t feel like I’m getting scammed out of my money similarly how I feel in comparison to other repair shops, and very fair on pricing! Highly recommend Anthem!

Been working with them for years. Knowledgeable, clean working environment, excellent followup, pricing’s reasonable. Used to drive to Chamblee for all my Honda service (and deal with Uber, etc.) - not any more. If you’re in-town, this is the place to go.

For months I’ve had a rattling and grinding sound when starting my car and driving it. No one could tell me what was wrong. I took it to Anthem Auto and within an hour, they figured out that the engine mount on one of the sides collapsed. They repaired the mount and I’ve been driving pretty ever since. Thanks guys! 😊

i saved my money and waited to get my car fixed with anthem bc of the great reviews. low and behold these folks were actually dishonest as the next mechanic. hurt my feelings!! again, they had really great reviews which is why i brought my car in. i have evidence for my protection. i was not even going to write a review, but i'm dealing with the same issue of dishonest mechanics years later and honestly i'm just a bit fed up. i keep letting people keep getting away with this stuff and it's costly. then you don't want to call them out bc u dont want retaliation while they still have your car. if you're young, a woman or don't know much about cars , make sure to a friend who does or get a second look. my experience is them taking advantage of my ignorance. they corrected it when a family member called them out but they never followed instructions to return certain parts.
