Annie’s Auto is always very professional with fair pricing, they always do good quality work, the staff are very helpful, friendly and I feel like they are looking out for the customer not the bottom line. Had my timing belt and water pump done per Honda interval service recommendations. Job was priced very well and the advisor communicated great! No issues making an appointment and even better, the vehicle was done early! 140k miles on my girl and if I keep coming here no reason she shouldn't double that!

Took my infiniti there off a recommendation I must say I was skeptical but these guys are the truth. Work was explained thoroughly and done very professionally and quickly, also price was reasonable. To whoever reads this if you need work done on your car by respectable mechanics go there hands down no questions asked thank me later.

Wonderful repair shop to go to. They work with the highest decree of integrity. We don't get that that often nowadays. The staff members are always pleasant especially the nice guy at the front desk of the Lorain Ave location, Matt. They eager working with you to get you back on the road no matter the situation. Bottom line, no one touch my vehicles that need services if not Annie's auto repair shop.

Annie’s is a great place to send your vehicles! I have sent both my personal vehicles, as well as our fleet of vans to Annie’s. They have fair pricing, they get the job done quickly, the bays are ALWAYS clean, and the staff there is SO helpful. Matt always does whatever we need, when we need it. They provide you with a detailed explanation of what was done, including pictures and pricing breakdowns. Plus, they’re family owned! I would recommend Annie’s Auto to anyone!

Matt offered exceptional customer service and took great care of our car. I really appreciate how quickly he had his team complete the diagnosis report so we could make a decision and get the work completed. We had a lot of work done and Matt’s team finished it within a day. This was extremely helpful because we cannot wait days for our car to be repaired. I highly recommend Annie’s Auto. They definitely provided great service and peace of mind.
