I'm the owner of a Silverado HD Duramax diesel after reading the reviews I was excited about going and meeting the family owned and operated business which I did I received excellent service they even made coffee for me however they diagnosed my truck improperly the only reason why I found out was because I made an appointment to have some very important work done in a timely manner which they agreed to when I called the three numbers that they gave me no one answered when I left messages no one returned my calls when I left the shop I tipped the mechanic $20 just for the diagnostics and I had planned to have a bunch of work done brakes front end work rotation of tires it's not like I was looking for something for free or not willing to be gratuitous I was shocked to find out when I took my truck to another mechanic after repeated calls and no replies or responses that they're diagnosis was absolutely wrong they even said I needed new front brakes when I still had a half inch a pad on those pads are new? I would think long and carefully before leaving your truck there I don't know what happened? When they gave me my truck back one of the text left an air gauge on the back of my bumper I returned it smiled and said thank you very much looking forward to see you on Monday crickets
