I arrived as soon as the shop opened this past weekend, eager to get a tire replacement since it's the closest tire shop to my home, and I had heard good things based on online reviews. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The staff was not very welcoming, and I felt overlooked as they prioritized other customers who seemed to have a personal connection with the staff. When I inquired about the tire they were offering, they showed me one covered in mud, with visible nails in the tread. The quality was not what I expected, especially considering the higher price compared to other places nearby. I ended up finding a better, more reasonably priced tire just down the road. Based on this experience, I’ll likely look elsewhere for future tire needs.

These guys are good!! They are quick, skilled, and professional. Angel and his team aim to please. Do not underestimate their ability to address your tire needs and provide polite and helpful customer service. They are a go to!

I’ve used Angel Tires a few times and they have always been quick, helpful, and good rates on tires. I went in today for a vibrating issue and tires, and they found I had an issue with my brakes (not work they did) but they identified the issue and took care of it for me. I will continue to use them.

Owner showed up over an hour late. Then came in angry and not caring about the time he had us wait. Took advantage that we had already been here for a long time and over charged people. This place is unreliable, and doesn't care about it's customers

Update: just bought some new winter tires. I ordered them and they were available the next day. really great service. I've been buying new and used tires from Angel for years. He runs a good, efficient, and knowledgeable shop. I like him because he always seem to have the odd size of tire up my car requires whereas other used tire shops never did and would have to order them brand new. I did eventually buy a brand new set of tires from him because by that time I swore to never go to anyone else. This guy does good business and his warranties are real and the quality is good. Do support him

If I could give them 10 stars I would. Absolutely love coming to this place not only for tires but car service as well. Staff so quick, respectful, and honest. No overcharging here. They treat your car with integrity and that’s all we can ever ask. They recently fixed an alignment on my car that happened from a different shop. Literally cried with so much gratitude for them fixing my car and the price was great. Saved my Thanksgiving.

Refused to service me unless I bought new tires which is strange considering this is advertised as a used tire shop. I was told this after the employees stared at me for 5 minutes before offering assistance. I don’t like the way I was treated.

I have been going to Angel’s since I moved to Atlanta in 2020. They have treated me like a lifelong customer from Day 1. They are friendly, affordable, and extremely efficient. I would choose them over Discount Tire or another chain any day.

I'm so happy I found Angel and his team! The whole team is fantastic and they are my new go-to for all things tires. Angel can get any make of tires you need for your car, and the team is always fast and efficient in taking care of customers. I always appreciate how they not only take care of me, but they take excellent care of anyone who pulls up to the shop doors. They're a gem right here in the neighborhood!

Just brought my wheel with a flat tire to them. I paid $98 for a new tire put on the rim. They were efficient and it only took 5-10 mins. Very trustworthy and reliable, I would 100% come back. Theyre mostly spanish speaking, but the communication barrier didn’t cause a problem.

Terrible shop and customer service! I came in to get two tires changed but one was perfectly fine so I asked them to put it in the trunk for me when they were done. After realizing they never returned my tire I called the shop to see if I could pick it up and they were very rude about it and hung up on me. Terrible way to handle business and to steal from a customer!!! Would not recommend doing business with them. You’re better off at any other shop

Got a nail in my tread while driving to ATL. Shop was able to plug me up and get me on my way in minutes. These are the places that I will always visit vs a national chain. Plus the shop dog is cool.

I arrived around 9:30 without calling & with 3 cars in front of me, only one person working the shop at that time. I was seen within 30 minutes, and got 4 tires changed within 15. Stellar service and there’s a cute dog too.
