They have wonderful customer service and are helpful up until they've got your money. The older lady at the front counter was very rude and condescending when I attempted to ask about a concern regarding my vehicle. She looked at me as though I was inconveniencing her and answered in a similar tone. After dropping a large amount of money on repairs, I would expect a more professional experience. I will not recommend Andy's anymore.

I brought my car here for body work after someone hit it. I worked mainly with Kenny, who was a delight. He was super helpful and made this process very easy for me. The service was professional, prompt, and my car looks great after being repaired. Rex, the manager here, also made sure everything was going smoothly for me throughout this process. I also witnessed him doing that for other customers also. This team knows what they are doing and care greatly for their customers! 10/10 recommend!

Money scam! Way overpriced for virtually nothing & got no answers! Fuel pump drive module (FPDM) went out on me in my truck. Mind you everything is either new or under warranty on this truck- got my own commercial account. Anyway I replaced it, everything was back fine for few days, but a code for it came back & then a new o2 code as well (i wasnt concerned about that). Anyway, took the new one back & got it swapped. Same thing, so I did the fuel pump, again.. no dice. Did the pigtail on the fpdm- nothing. So I gave up & took it here knowing they at least have a bunch of diagnostic equipment. He calls me & said "we cleared code" & we don't see anything but the o2... Im like "dude i put in the notes i already went through this part which is why i took it to u guys, not to be told you just cleared the code". Anyway they call back again the next day (of course after i said that, all of a sudden their "lead tech" wasn't in that day). They said that to me before too. So they kept it for another day 🙄 just to call me & say "yeah that fpdm code is back" & started questioning if I was sure I plugged it in right & if I messed up (it only goes on one way!) So that was an ignorant question & told me they didn't even bother to look. So he tells me it would be til at least Monday & 2 more hrs of diagnostic to get any furthe... Completely just wasting my time & trying to suck as much out of me for this diagnosis they didn't do. All they did was tell me the exact same things I told them before I dropped it off & explained that everything they just told me is why I took it there in the 1st place... He said "well ur already at $205, to go any further than we did would put u over $500 + any parts" & he laughed like that was funny. They clearly don't listen to customers because they could have saved us both time on the first "$205" worth of diag. cause I already had told them exactly what he just repeated to me! I'm STILL hot over that. Get charged that much to me tokd what u told them as to why u needes their help. They don't get people like me very often who really never need a shop unless its super confusing & they aren't use to people knowing what they're talking about obviously because $500 for literally the same shit I let them know of I found before the $205. HUGE scam of a place & probably reporting my experience to the BBB honestly because it isn't the $205+ or the $500+ they wanted for no results- i own a business myself so money wasn't even my #1 issue. Its that I took it there knowing it was a little more expensive but still trusting they'd get me to my answer at least for that amount of money & they failed to even do that. My seat was all the way forward making it hard to get in also as if they were leaving one more "screw you" for calling em out for it too. They know what they're doing, but don't like when the customer actually knows what they're talking about. I put a new engine & 2 new transmissions in this truck- I know her like the back of my hand & it really irritates me knowing they didn't try. Acting like dropping the spare under the bed was gonna take 2 more hours as he told me. I have done it 2 times just to change tge module myself, another to do the pigtail, another when we dropped the tank for the pump itself, & probably 5 more times to check the wiring to make sure i wasn't crazy befoe taking it to these clowns. It only takes 15 seconds to turn the spare tire tool to get it off., Nevermind a minute or 2 WHOLE HOURS! To top that off I wanted them to look at something else too & they never even bothered to mention that thing or nothing. Wasted my time, money, and dignity for even paying the $205. As I said I already have everything under warranty so I was way less than that in on what I already did! I had swapped my pump, & modules out for my old ones- only thing I paid for going into this was the $40 pigtail & then here comes these guys with $205 bills (it was really $211 after more hidden fees of course). Ridiculous on every front. I would come here for any work unless you have disposable money to waste.

Due to the tragedy of my sons death and my husbands stage4 aggressive colon cancer all in the same week of Feb 2024 I requested a discount of less than $300 off a bill of almost $5,000 on our car repair. We were promised that George and Rex would help w/this. They didn't have the authority they claimed and refused to let me speak w/the owner. After waiting for 2 hours to talk to the owner, I was told he slipped out on something he had to do. I was MAD and felt unimportant. Sarah was the most help. They promoted a zero down zero interest financing option that was non existent which Sarah called with me to try to help. Rex over heard the conversation and immediately came out, he said he wouldn't be having a product like that ripping off his customers anymore but, yes they will because they have a contract with them. They don't promote the Synchrony financing but, when I mentioned it they had a mouse pad with some information on it. I applied and it does offer zero down zero interest. This other financing was UNBELIEVABLE! They wanted a HIGH payment upfront and they said to us even if you paid it off the next day you would owe. George claimed he gave us this tremendous discount but, was furious when I confronted him on why the unit price and price was the SAME? I just wanted him to show us where it was because I sern $50 and the AAA was $75. I understand you only get one discount at most places but, I'd want the bigger one. He expressed to me and Sarah that we had gotten this sizable discount already and much more than either one of those we seen. I wrote a letter to the owner leaving my car there until it was settled and when I came in demanding the original copy George stated he fixed it, I brought it to his attention that the price was the EXACT same. He stated he wrote over the original replacing it so, he couldn't give me a copy. I had to scramble to pay for the rest because I had planned on using their finance. Sarah tried talking to the owner for me to pay the remaining Nov 1 but, was told he had too many non pays on the books. After driving my car 20 mins the A/C was blowing HOT. George stayed they replaced some fuses due to the A/C blowing them. I immediately called and the next morning was told the Mgr Rex refused to look at my car or any of my family members! I was told the diagnostic chrg would be returned if I did the job there which were not. I was told by the other workers that George has been in trouble for doing what he wants and his inconsistencies because of how long he's been there. They also offer a $75 discount for AAA members and Sarah was trying to give that to us but, George stated he gave us such a BIG discount as I requested but, couldn't explain it. All we seen was a $50 discount. He refused to give me a copy of anything until we paid. He altered the bill after I wrote the owner. They refuse to accept any wrong doing. I made numerous attempts to speak with the owner but, according to the Mgr Rex he's hired him because he's getting ready to retire. Rex claimed that he was going to talk to the owner which we were the last one's there that night, he called me before they opened and left me a message that the owner declined to help us after Rex said he more than likely would. Sounds like Rex doesn't quite have the authority he thought he did. He also slammed the phone down on me when I called to go over the bill again. They fixed the bill and that's FRAUD! If you're going to get mad because you're asked to explain where the BIG discount is then there's a problem. Even after they changed the unit price and the price it was the EXACT same price as quoted. They didn't honor the AAA discount as posted and they didn't take off the diagnostic fees when the job was done there as promised by George. George also refused to give me the report on my car because he said I might shop them. If Rex has to hang up on someone and act so ferocious maybe Mark should rethink his choice of Managers.

This place sucks. They put an engine overpriced to begin with, in my cousins explorer then a power steering rack. Had problems never made them right. 3 weeks after he received the car back it started sounding like a derby car. They didn't put new exhaust gaskets in when they swapped the engine and they failed was contacted didn't make it right. Avoid this place if you can. Was paid very well and did 1 star work had it in the shop for a month. 0 star

I was recently involved in a head on collision do to someone pulling out in front of. Andy's went above and beyond to fix my truck and have it done before my cross country trip. My truck looked brand new again and the paint matched perfectly. They update you multiple times in a week letting you know what stage your vehicle is in. Overall great experience!!!

Wow, whoever worked on the 2010 Scion tC did an excellent job. My fender looks brand new! And Rex was so friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know! :D

It is terrible that I cannot leave a 0 STAR REVIEW!! Andy's provided the worst experience I have ever had. They had my car for 42 days and only did 37 hours of work!! I repeat, 42 DAYS!!!! They told us on five different occasions that my car would be ready the next day and then it somehow would not be. I desperately needed my car before I went back to college after winter break (they knew this) and they called me the day after I went back to school to tell me that my car has been done for 4 days. It sure would have been nice had they told me that 4 days earlier. They also left my car in the lot outside for 5 days in 0 degree weather (my car is a diesel) and caused my gas lines to gel up. This could have been prevented very easily because the days they left my car in the cold, were the days that they decided not to tell me my car was done. A rental car costs $20 a day for 42 days plus an extra week because I had to come back the weekend after to get my car.
