Andy’s is Yuba city’s premier auto repair shop. My dodge van needed oil housing assembly and they were able to get part and finish job even though I had time issues, they made extra effort to help me out and dodge van is running great, no more leaks. Honesty, quality work and most courteous team ever!

A friend of mine from another local business recommended this shop. I have a really hard time taking my vehicle anywhere because of past experiences. I stopped in to see how much a diagnostic would cost for a noise that My vehicle was making. They said 125 and that was cheaper than anywhere I had checked by a $100. Alright I like a deal. I went ahead and went with them. The morning I dropped it off I went ahead and checked about some transmission fluid services. I knew the vehicle needed to be done. He definitely knew what he was talking about. Anything that he thought was questionable he checked the computer system and was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and didn't need to be done. He definitely didn't try to suggest anything that was gonna cost me more money that wasn't necessary. The diagnostic process included taking the part out that was defective to check it. He called me to let me know what was going on and how much the part was. He told me labor fees weren't necessary because they had already had the part out. Another something he could have charged me for but did. It really just comes down to honesty and integrity. I really appreciate all of the help. l'm very thankful for you answering all of my questions. I've never had a car past a 120000 miles so there's a lot of maintenance that I've never had to do. Thank you for being very informative and letting me know what did need done, didn't need done, and what should be checked. 1/08/25, i wanted to update my reviews.Since it has been a while. I still take my vehicle to A j's. When it is needed, but their customer service always goes above and beyond. So I called from LA the day after New Year's, and was like, my window won't roll up. I explained that I was in LA and had a 7 hour drive home, but I wanted to bring it by because it was supposed to rain the entire day after that. So on a Friday, they put my car on the schedule for 4 o'clock. I got there, dropped it off. We talked about leaving it overnight because of the weather. They called me within an hour and let me know what was going on and how much it would be. They called me the next day to let me know it was done, and it was actually $50 cheaper than they had quoted. I have never in my life seen a mechanic shop charge somebody less than quoted. Thaks guys!

No matter what the problem is I know that if I go to Andy's Auto Repair and tires it will be taken care of. They are the most friendliest people and I love talking and spending time with them. It is nice to know that a young lady of 61 will not be taken advantage of by a mechanic.

Dont even think about it if your car has a problem come here they are honest and efficent I had to drive back 12hr back home and my car had no problem they are awesome. Bine aqui pq a mi carro le prendio el check engine light y tenia que regresar a casa 12hr y ellos me revisaron mi carro y llege de regreso a casa sin ningun problema llame y me atendieron ese mismo dia y revisaron mi carro pronto. Sus precios tambien muy easinables no son careros precios rasonalbles

I had awonderful experience. I was taken care of immediately and booked in despite my situation being an emergency fix. Ryan was super helpful and made the process so seemless and effortless. I am very grateful for the help and assistance in getting my car what it needed. My car has been running good as new on the new tire. And i am very happy.

It's my go-to spot for services, they are always super quick and efficient! They also send texts when my oil change is almost due and just overall check ups! To top it all off, their prices are really good! I absolutely recommend these guys!

Replaced wrong part and wasted hundreds with no guaranty or warranty. Wife went and asked them to replace a part. They looked confused and she asked if she could show them. They said no then replaced the wrong part. They never mentioned anything about a diagnostic, but on the receipt it said work done at owners request with no diagnostic and no guarantee or warranty. Had to pay extra labor for them to take their new part back.

Absolutely amazing service. They worked with me, and were able to diagnose the problem very quickly. I had a warranty on the part, and they made all of the necessary calls. They kept me update and were kind the entire time. I would definitely recommend!!

Amazing customer service! Kind and courteous from the front door to the shop. Problem turned out to be a simple fix. A loose hose clamp! I was not made to feel embarrassed for not knowing. Done in less than an hour and even gave me a discount! I will definitely use their services again!

I had I great experience at Andy's. They fixed things that needed fixed and they didn't over charge me for the job. I have other things that need done on my jeep and I will be taking it back to them. They even messaged me the next day to see if my jeep was running okay. Fantastic. Thank you all so much.
