Had my first experience with the service department at Andrew Toyota last week after my car's "check engine" warning came on. Making an appointment online was super easy, and I got in the next day. My service advisor was courteous and professional, and he kept me updated throughout the time I was waiting. The service department was really busy when I arrived, but they were able to have a technician run the codes in my car in a timely manner and get me out the door within the time they estimated (1-2 hours). Also the waiting area was great: free beverages, plenty of room to find your own space and read/work on a laptop/listen to music/etc, a quiet room for families with younger children. I will definitely be returning to Andrew Toyota the next time I need service on my car.

Appreciate the fast response from Paul getting me in right away as well as having a loaner ready. Antonio and Rashad awesome customer service assisting when I checked in and picked up my Jeep!

Worst dealership experience of my life. Sold me a lemon, argued about fixing the most basic things that they'd told me were already fixed (like bald tires and rusted components). Had to get it fixed elsewhere and sold it 3 months after buying it for 50% of the price. Avoid this place at all costs.

Service was good, with a helpful shuttle service and useful information about repairs. I’m taking off a star because the dealership has sent so many emails after the service harassing me about surveys, offers, and reviews (including writing one here).

Great place to purchase a new car I've purchased at least 4 Toyota Highlanders at Andrew Toyota and would purchase again I gave them 5 Stars because the service there is excellent all around and I love the cookies they leave in my car when I have my car serviced. L, o, l, they are great.

Someone stole my license plate from the back of my car and I had to get new license plates. I took the license plates to Andrew Toyota and they put the license plates on the car front and back. The cost was reasonable.
