negative zero , do not take your car here . this is one of the shops who mess something up while fixing something else so you’ll be back within days. Took my BRAND NEW tires here and got them put on , mind you before i brought them here i had NO AIR LEAKS ABSOLUTELY NONE ! my tires were just bald . THE NEXT DAY i was getting ready to go to work and 2 were flat . Brought car back and they’re saying i have to pay for the stem to be fixed because the stem is damaged . but the stem is connected to my rim correct ? I’m almost 100% sure this wasn’t an accident . and the lady who takes payments and comes up to you when you pull up has the NASTIEST attitude ! lied about the owners whereabouts and phone number so that i couldn’t complain . wouldn’t give me her name either . horrible shop !

Es increíble la ignorancia y la falta de respeto aquí el otro día me robaron los tapones del carro y me hice el que no paso nada porque no necesito robar unos miserables tapones pues vuelvo hoy vengo recién lavando mi carro no es un carro de lujo pero me ha costado y parqueo para que me hagan el cambio de llanta y hay un empleado raspando el suelo con un pulido a la pura par de mi carro pringandolo de escombros y polvo y le digo lo que hacen es enojarsen es increíble para no volver ....

I bought some set off tires from them few months ago, which I haven’t had any issues yet. But I do recommend them to my friends 👍🙃🙂 . The Price is perfect 👍 Now if you don’t want to Pay a High Price for some good Tires then don’t even Bother to get something from them . . If you’re happy wit a 25,30,35 $ tires well then stick with them price . In my opinion Those $25 -$35 tires are Trash . From my experience. So If you have the money buy high price tire with some good Quality 🥰 so Wishing Andinos the Best.. Also Don’t be so dramatic and be Threatening the worker just because the Tires are pricey.

Be careful with this place because they will scam you. I asked to have my tires replaced and I was buying two they gave me two different tires and then when I told them this is not the same tire they were acting like they didn’t know what was going on, I’m also Cuban so I speak Spanish so I hear them talking about me, but I also look like a black girl so they couldn’t tell it’s crazy because when I ask them to put my other tire back on, they act like it was a problem to put my spare on they said they were going to put the one They changed Even though it had a hole in it, but the thing is if they would’ve gave me the right to start off with or at least told me that they didn’t have the other tire I would’ve went somewhere else. It was their fault so why wouldn’t you put the spare on your mistake They will scam you the second time I went. I was going with a friend of mine and I told her not to go there, but she was in a rush and they told her she can change the tire, I asked are those the same tired and they weren’t.

I had 2 almost new tires I had sitting in my garage to that I took to this place asked them to put them on the back of my truck cause those tires are worn. The guy charges me $40 said it included balance. I walk around the truck when they were done to look at tires when I noticed that the right tire looked really dirty and the information on the tire wasn’t even the same as the left side it was a older model tire, same brand then the guys proceed to show me the tires he took off. You switched my tires for what reason I don’t know other than your a thief and a crook for a $40 dollar job. I didn’t ask for no favors I paid you and you steel a perfectly good tire. Sais a lot about this establishment I wouldn’t recommend any body going to this place there petty thieves working here, it’s shameful you running a so called business like a street corner hoodlum.

Came with a screw in my tire. Didn't call ahead or anything, just showed up and someone came right out and plugged the hole. It cost $15 and took less than 10 minutes. Fantastic service!

Had a small nail in my tire and it would need only a plug. Made an appt at Park’s Chevrolet and it would have been 3 days out. Happened to pass by and I was in and out within 10 mins or less. Fast, Quick and Customer Friendly! Saved half in cost by going here. Returned home and cancelled the previous appointment.

Most expensive used tires in Charlotte! Trust me shop around before you buy tires from Andinos! Customer replied saying that there tires are $45….LIARS have purchased several tires from Andinos in the past and they all were $50! The last time on 10/21/2022 they quoted me a used tire for $70! The tire was in good shape so I offered $60 and said ok but they tried to put a different tire on my vehicle than the tire I asked for! Plaza Tire had a much better selection for $40 and they don’t change there prices based on the tire, I got a Michelin that was basically brand new. Actually every used tire place I called and I called a lot of them looking for my tire size were cheaper than Andinos so do yourself a favor and shop around! Maybe you should check in with your employee they definitely tried to charge me $70 for 245/45/19 …short female with glasses that drives a white pick up truck! And like I stated before I have purchased several tires from Andinos on Sugar Creek and the price has never been under $50.
