I have purchased several vehicles over the years from Anderson Ford of Lincoln North. I would have to say that for the most part I have only had a really good experience with only one of the purchases. The reasons I'm giving the only them 3 stars is, when I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change a salesman want to purchase my 1 year old vehicle back and put me into a newer version. He stated how he could make me this great deal. I went to look at the other vehicle, and test Drive it, it was nice. He then came out with the offer to purchase my vehicle back and the offer was "very" insulting! He originally told me my vehicle was in high demand and even though I had put roughly $10,000 in accessories on it, he still offered me around $20,000 less than I purchased the vehicle a year ago!!! It is funny to me how they will talk up their vehicle to sell it to you, then approach you to purchase it back, then talk it down to get you to purchase their newer one. Then when or if you do sell it to them, they clean it up and sell it to someone else for thousands more and brag about it being a one owner, low miles and all the wonderful accessories it has. I understand this is part of doing business, but it is also bad business practices! Needless to say, I did not sell it to them because it is a great vehicle no matter how the degrade it to get you to upgrade to "their" new wonderful vehicle.

I needed an oil change and alignment. Call and a very nice person asked if they could help. She got me all set up and didn't have a way to get home or back to get my care car. She set me up with the Ford courtesy pick up and return. It was so wonderful that Ford is thinking about the customer not themselves. Thank you very much. The gentleman that brought my car back was very courteous and kind. Thanks

Friendly, helpful service. It was brought to my attention that there is a recall on my vehucle that I did not know about. Arrangements were made to have that taken care of in addition to replacing my battery.. I appreciate the considerate attention.

I recently had Anderson Ford check out an issue with my daughter’s car. Everyone I spoke to from scheduling the appointment to communicating with the service department was incredibly kind and helpful. I really enjoyed getting the text updates to see how things were progressing with the repair. I felt like Anderson Ford cared and appreciated the business. Would highly recommend.

My appointment was 1:15p. My car was not pulled into the work bay until 1:42p. I understand the fluid flush took time but you didn't start immediately. I found that less than desirable.

Anderson Ford notified me of a recall for my 2019 F 150, set up a mobile service appointment, and showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner. Technician described the update and answered all of my questions. Great and efficient service.

I had an excellent experience with both the Body Shop and the QuickLube/maintenance department at Anderson Ford. They accommodated my schedule for the windshield chip repair, which took less than 15 minutes from the time I arrived. Then the maintenance department got me in for an oil change, tire rotation, alignment etc. service on a moments notice while I was there. Courteous, respectful treatment from start to finish, and a great job on my truck. Scott Laue was especially helpful on the maintenance end. I would also like to compliment the fellow who handled my windshield, but I didn’t get his name. First class service.
