Tried to buy a Versa 5MT. Zy, Eli and two different managers were great but it seems that Nissan itself doesn’t want to sell them. Overall a positive experience even though I couldn’t buy what I was wanting.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Service Advisor John Esteves was very helpful and friendly. My car was done in less than an hour.

The truck I purchased is a 2025 Frontier Prox and had 5 miles on it. I had the truck less then a month and the radio, camera, GPS center console went completely out. I took it in as none of this works and I was told they did not know what the issue was and needed to get this information to the engineers. They approved for a new console to be replaced mind you this vehicle is brand new. There is no time line or time frame of when it's coming in so I have been inconvenienced without my radio, GPS, camera or anything. I've been without this for several weeks. Fast forward now my steering wheel is off center and when I drive I have to over correct the wheel to the left to get it to go straight. I called today and there telling me it's not covered under the warranty and I need to pay for a diagnostic check and then for a realignment. The first question out of the service guys mouth is what did I hit, I have hit nothing and this is the second issue I have experienced with this truck in a little over a month and now I am being told that it's not covered. I understand it's a new truck and there are things that need to be addressed but being accused of hitting something and then being told I have to pay for this with a little over a thousand miles on it is ridiculous.

Nissan as the worst warranty ever 3yr or 36,000 this was the last straw with Nissan I’m done I will never purchase another Nissan again.

Honestly one of the easiest time we have had purchasing a vehicle. I found a car I liked called them asked if they had it went there and got it done without wasting anyone’s time. Definitely will be going back in the future

I took my 2014 Nissan Sentra to replace the AC motor. I took it in on Wednesday and it was ready by Friday. (Needed to wait for part to be delivered). Customer service, price and workmanship was excellent. I am taking all my vehicles to South Park Nissan and I recommend everyone to do the same.

Went in today 5/24/24 to get an oil change and tire rotation on my grandsons car , Ben Church took care of me and was very professional and answered questions about the car while I was there before leaving I asked about the LoJack device and the was installed without hesitation, also Christina Baldwin was very attentive to my questions, she’s a great asset in the service department!! Good job and thank you !!
