I've been waiting close to an hour to scan my paperwork and leave the lot. Not have a person working the gate is the dumbest thing I've ever seen at any port!

Waited over two hours I’m first of three attempts to pick up my vehicle and never got a physical person to answer the phone to get escorted to their office. Second attempt I found out that the office closes at 1600 but stops taking paperwork at 1530. Would have been good to know so I could have waited closer to the port to after finally getting the vehicle released. Advice: Place a call button the outer door for the crew to know when a customer is waiting outside for the paper work to be signed off, because the folks got real short with me when I opened their employee door to let them know I was waiting for one of them so I could leave after my third attempt and $50 fee for additional storage days.
