I came in the other day with my two year old for a flat repair and from the moment I walked in the crew was super helpful. Damian was the first person to help me and even after letting him know how little money I had on hand, he did everything in his power to help me. Long story short, they couldn't repair the tire and ended up comping a tire to get me back in the road and home with my son. I've told everyone I work with and all my friends to go get their tires from this amazing group of people and will be getting a new set myself from them ASAP. Thank you all and Merry Christmas!!

Absolutely love this place, as soon as you get there you’re greeted by a friendly person. They get the job done and they get it done fast.. very knowledgeable. James was super friendly and helpful and I didn’t catch the other guys name but he had a red shirt on. He was very polite and kind. I definitely recommend this place. You got a customer for Life here.

Broke a wheel stud and broke 2 tpms sensors. I had oem tpms sensors and they replaced them with cheap ready a set go brand sensor. And waited 2.5 hours.

I am just getting started and had a long conversation with a young man that was working near closing and he took the time to explain a number of things to me without being offended by what I think he could have construed as me being critical. As a result of his efforts. I purchased a set of tires I'll be paying for on Monday and picking up. I just wanted to say this is my first experience and they are so far so good!

I came to this location today 5/24/24 get tires check I waited 15mins the guy finally came and never once said sorry about wait no customer service he walk and said you here get air in your tires wow the staff seen me when I pulled up and made me wait 15mins before guy came to me I'm not happy at all train your stff and they all need have Good Customer Service it better not ever happen again I want General manger to call me I came here today 11/18/24 waited 15mins get tires check he finally come instead of saying sorry for wait he had nerve say I was helping someone else I ask why no one come say we will right with you sorry for wait he tell me they yield it out you had your window up first of its cold and yes I had my windows up you don't yell out nothing the right thing do was to walk over to me and Say I Appollogize For wait he will be right with you that's good customer service something this location don't have he never Appollogize he came over with attitude bad Customer service get it together

Discovered a screw in my tire after my new car was delivered a day earlier. TPMS alerted low pressure. Took my car to one of the membership warehouse tire center to get the puncture repair. After waiting an hour, I was told the screw was removed but it didn't penetrate enough to cause any leak. Told they sprayed soapy water and no bubbles. Went home and washed my car later that day. Bubbles and squealing noise from the puncture site. See video. Took my car to America's Tire the next day and they repaired the puncture with no charge. Exceptional customer service. I will certainly be returning in the future for my tire needs. Thanks everyone.

Great service from REN and Eric. Ordered a replacement part, called when the part was ordered, delivered and replaced immediately when I dropped in at the end of day on last Saturday. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. This team is an exemplary example of customer service and they go above and beyond. Yuba City severely needed their influence and I hope they gain more patrons and customers. Thank you again!

I came here to get 2 new tires (I need 4, but the way my bank account is set up 😅) They've been nothing but friendly and professional and fast! They pointed out a legitimate safety issue (well played Jeep!) and worked with me and my budget to address it, and didn't make me feel less than in the process. I'll definitely be back here for the other 2 tires, and I'll be telling anyone that will listen that they should be bringing their business here as well!

They are very kind and did a great job! I had to bring my 15 month old son. They let him run around the lobby and checked on us multiple times. It was just a really great environment, the employees and manager were great!

I had a great experience here. The guys here not only know what they are doing, they are passionate about helping people. I also appreciate that they do everything they can to help you. It is best if appointments are made so that you are served quickly but they also take walk-ins as long as you are willing to wait. I have found my new location.

Should probably teach their reps to help people standing in front of them instead of people on the phone. 5/20/2024 Eric Ferris did come out soon after I hit send and helped me. Eric is a shinning example of how customer service should work. The guy on the phone will wait, and should. I changed my review from a 2 to a 4. Let’s do better folks!

I always get fantastic service at America's Tire Company. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have access to a wide variety of brands. They will tell you all about the pros and cons of each, manufacturer warranties... etc. I was also impressed with their knowledge of the OEM tires (mine were discontinued) and the current equivalent and how it is matched with the capabilities of the vehicle from the factory (I have a 4x4). They were able to intelligently discuss the differences between All-Terrain and All-Season tires. Ultimately I opted to go with the same set they had installed previously- the Yokohama G015. These tires lasted nearly 70,000 miles and were immediately put to the test on a road trip to Dallas, Texas during Monsoon season. I was able to pass most cars during those crazy storms safely due to their superior capability. They also were extremely capable when viewing rural property up in Browns Valley and Oregon House.

I have had the best experience with America's tire. I purchased 4 new tires a year ago for a great price. They do free tire rotations and free flat repairs. They are very professional and clean.

The day before, I placed an order for a set of tires, luckily they had them in stock. I arrive a bit before my appointment time, they were able to take me in immediately. James was my point of contact, very professional and friendly dialogue. The technicians started the work and did a fast quality job and removing and replacing tires. Prices were competitive, and the experience made it worth it. Want to take James, Hunter, and all the techs involved. Will be returning in the future.
