Arrived around 8:30 and no one is waiting in line. If you don’t have an appointment make sure to arrive early! They got my tire changed in like 40 minutes, put my spare back and even had it charged. Recommended!

I was under the impression this place did tire repair for free(i called before hand). I waste my time and bring my vehicle in and I'm told they cant remove the nail(for no apparent reason)and the only solution is to buy all 4 new tires!(4wd vehicle) I took my vehicle elsewhere. Come to find out the nail hadn't even punctured my tire! TERRIBLE experience to say the least.

Got one of my rear tire punctured and I walked in at 8:30 am, they took my car at 8:45, had my tire repaired done at 9:10am. And it’s free. Staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

all good got my after market wheels on and tires, had to do a couple trips back n forth because my front wheels needed spacers in order to be put on so first day they only did the back wheels and tires until i got my spacers then got that done on a different day. for somereason they didnt want to put on my hubcentrics and they said i dont need them but after going 70 mph+ my steering was very shakey lol so I had to go back a final 3rd time to get that hubcentric ring on even though i told them to put it on on the 2nd day when i requested to put it on BUT im just glad they never charged me any further on the 2nd and 3rd day. I have noticed other reviews on other tire places that they dont put hubcentrics on normally, even when the customer first asks to, whats with that?

I have seen service standards of this facility go down. It took them almost 3 hours to take my car in for service. They told me that they will get my car done in 90mins and I decided to wait in the store. More than 3 hours later, my car was not even in the service station. No status update in the meantime while I waited in their shop this whole time patiently. I had to ask them for the update and there was no convincing answer for the delay and no apology what so ever. This is the second time I experienced this. First time, I ignored but I had to give this review this time. Granted I was a walk-in but don’t give an estimate that you cant keep and choose to prioritize other customers. Many of these businesses are lacking professionalism because people are putting up with their incompetence and still give them business.

They do good quality work here. New tires were put on the new rims I provided and mounted to my Miata. These guys went all the way around carefully torquing down my lugs to spec by hand whereas at Costco those guys just send it with the ugga duggas. That's gonna warp someone's rotors someday. These tire guys finished with a coat of tire shine which was a very nice touch. I appreciate the care they took with my car.

Usually a great experience at other locations. The cashier at this location gave me an attitude when I scheduled a free tire rotation from their email promotion. He initially refused to honor the email offer attached in this review before finally agreeing to honor it "this one time". The other employee was apologetic but not the front desk cashier guy. Honor your email offers. I have bought tires on other cars, don't send me email offers for my car that hasn't had tires bought from here then. Bad experience.

Got a nailed in my tire, made an appointment online and they replaced it for free even though I didn't buy it from them. Decided to upgrade to a set of Conti DWS06+ and installation went well. Highly recommend this location!

Had a flat tire at 5am, AAA towed me to America’s Tire on Monterey Road in San Jose. It was after hours so I waited by choice, 2 hours for the shop to open at 8am. I was on the road again at 8:20am with a new tire. Buy the replacement certificates, they are worth it!

This morning, on my way to work, I discovered that my rear tire was flat and needed a quick repair. The closest place happened to be America's Tires. To my surprise, there was a line of people waiting. I thought, "This place must be popular, like the taco trucks with long lines, meaning they must be great." Despite the emergency stressing me out, I decided to wait. Ivan, the employee helping me, remained calm, which strangely had a calming effect on me. He also suggested replacing my worn-down front tire at a convenient time. The best part was that the flat tire repair was free. I had to return in an hour to pick up my car, but it was the least I could do for a free service. I will go back and change my front tires, as Ivan recommended. Also, the customer service was very genuine, and not every person has that talent. I believe this is very important. I will take this place as my go-to place, earning a new customer. Just because of a flat tire, this strategy is bringing in new customers and working perfectly and smoothly. Keep it up, America's Tires!

Came in for a flat tire fix and got to know that a nail is lodged in the sidewall of my tire which cannot be patched. Garrett was really helpful in understanding my situation and gave me a few options to chose from. Huge thanks to him I would give Garrett a raise if I was the manager

What’s the point of having an air check station if nobody ever acknowledges you or comes to tell you they’ll be with you soon. On multiple occasions I’ve come to get my tires checked, that I’ve purchased here and nobody ever comes to check my tires. I waited 15 mins for someone to even look at me and then when I waved they acted like they didn’t even see me. Super rude in my opinion and definitely not customer service focused.

ZERO stars if I could. Was told one thing over the phone, took a day off only to have them tell me something different when I got there. Unknowledgeable employees, useless manager, made up some random BS policy on the spot, and when I called them out on it, was conveniently unable to find it in writing anywhere. I have shopped with them for over 19 years and so has my family and friends. We will be taking our business elsewhere and canceling all of our cards we had with your company. Go somewhere else if you want honest, QUALITY service. Wheelworks was happy to take my business and money. Thanks for wasting my time

Great service, fast and easy to set up. Got in at 8:10 walk in (had appointment at 12:30, but wanted done earlier) and were finished at 8:45. Thry are fine doing aftermarket wheels! Just provide the lug nut key. Only gripe (which isnt a huge issue) would be the tire techs needing to line up the yellow dot with the tire stem. I know, if tires and wheels are balanced lining them up shouldnt matter. But that would be icing on the cake since it means less wheel weights!

IF YOU ARE BLACK OR SIMPLY CARE ABOUT RACIAL EQUALITY, please read on…I experienced what was nothing other than overt racism at the Monterrey location in San Jose. An associate by the name of Casey was working on Saturday 7/20/2024 when I came in to purchase a set of tires. There were no other associates up front when I came in so I got in his line. He was assisting a Caucasian man when I got in his line. As I was waiting I decided to read the poster to the left of his register. So I take a small step to my left and lean forward slightly to read the sign, leaving adequate personal space between myself and the other customer. Casey then asks, “Are you with him, are y’all together?” I said, “No”. He then says very sarcastically, “Oh because you’re standing so close to him, I thought y’all were together”. I explained that I was reading. He then mumbled something under his breath and proceeds to ask the other customer, “Is she standing too close to you?” I was stunned. I asked him to repeat himself but he continued to mumble under his breath. The other customer looked so uncomfortable and embarrassed by how nasty Casey was behaving towards me. His behavior was completely unprovoked and unwarranted. When another associate came up, I got in another line. Casey continued to glare in my direction. I watched as he greeted everyone that was non African American with a smile and a hello! I got greeted with being accused of standing too close to a white man. I spent over $1100 on a set of tires. I do not appreciate the way I was handled and disrespected. Your company came highly recommended. I am new to the area and when I asked who gave the best service on tires, I was told was this company. However, my experience was completely soured by the raw racism I experienced from your associate Casey.

Nice clean place, staff friendly and efficient. I was impressed with how quick I got my car back! I highly recommend! I ordered my tires through Tire Rack and had them shipped directly here, since they're a contacted facility and it was awesome. Two thumbs up!👍👍

They found nail in the rear tire, rotated the tires without fixing and next morning I have to miss work because of flat tire, kept me there for extra half hour after finding the nail....

Went for a rear tire repair for a Tesla 3. They said the thread was too low and I needed new tires. The front tires were not quite so low but they said I’d only get maybe 800 more miles out of them. Checked with Tesla - they said the front tires could go another 3000 miles.

I usually never write reviews but this deserves one. I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Garrett, and I cannot express enough how exceptional his customer service was. From the moment I interacted with him, Garrett was attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met, addressing every concern with a smile and a solution. Thanks to Garrett, what could have been a stressful situation was handled smoothly and efficiently. If anyone deserves a raise, it SHOULD be Garrett.

Came to do a quick rotation and balance to my truck 1 hour before closing time and they tell me they can do it. They were no busy. They told me they were only doing new tires but couldn't do a rotation and balance how's that work really disappointing. The shop I usually go to back in Mesa AZ dobson and main st to be specific, they'll take you in and help you out, they go above and beyond just to help the customer I was visiting San José for a funeral and didn't had time to do it back home, next time I'll just stick to the shop I usually go to.

First time I came here they had me in and out in 45 minutes. The second time I had two walk-ins come in behind me without an appointment and had their car attended to before me. Last time I came in to mount 4 tires for a trailer. Should take 20 minutes tops and was told two hours. They close in 10 minutes and still haven't started. Last time I'm coming back. Basically, they will put you on the backburner to someone else who is willing to pay more. There is no first come, first serve.

I did call 4 Hours. before I cam But when I got there they gave me a story of you didn't make an appointment so you need to wait 3 hours So if you call, make sure you give them your first name last name. And they do confirm verbally. And with an email that you made an appointment. If not, don't waste your time, go there. The place do look nice and professional. But the service is definitely the worst communication. You could have with a shop. Or any type of service. I'm leaving this review so the owner can read it and fix his problems at his shop.

I had a tire shop put the wrong tires on my trailer, and the tire was about to blow. I came in right before they closed and they still were willing to accommodate me even though I had been turned away by many other tire shops. I highly recommend this location. Casey went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is safe for me to drive home.

Muy desilusionado cuando vine la primera vez me atendieron muy bien pero cuando regresé a los pocos días para revisar una llanta que se estaba bajando la presión ahí si me pusieron a esperar tres horas no tiene sentido esperar tanto tiempo para revisar una llanta y la opción que me da el señor Edgar es que regresa el otro día más temprano imagínense yo trabajando con el carro con una llanta que pierde presión y que venga mañana no sé qué les pasa por la cabeza algo tan sencillo y tan básico quede desilusión

This is a great place to get tires. I like to shop online on their website and make an appointment ahead of time when it's convenient for me. Pay for the warranty or certificate, as they call it, for each tire. It's absolutely worth it. All the guys that work there do a great job.
