This location always takes care of me and my family! We've gotten our tires here for almost a decade now and getting the certificates for the tires has always come in clutch! Tony was super kind, courteous and professional, willing to find solutions where I didn't think one was available. Highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed!

I have only had great experience when I come here. I use to go to the America's Tire in Moreno Valley but this one is closer to me. The only thing on my last visit was they did not replace the cap on my tire.

Always a good experience. Knowledgeable and professional staff, good service, etc. You can't go wrong. If you can't find the tire you want on their website, just call and they can usually get it.

I bought warranty for my tires denied my claim also very rude employees don’t go at 11am they will put you on a waiting list so they could all go to lunch and leave front desk empty then they come back and forget about the waiting list and help other customers

I got to American tire to fix a tire the people that had appointments and the walk-ins that were after me they all got taken out before me including the people with appointment. I sat there for three hours and 24 minutes. You guys also messed up a Lugnut couldn’t put it back on the back driver side tire and told me that it was OK to drive that way. You guys basically messed it up and didn’t wanna replace the lugnut. That if I want it to be replaced for me to go back in why should I go back in if they’re the ones that messed up my lugnut.

Just needed an air check and I’m sitting in my car parked here for over 10 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. Took the 3rd person to walk pass to finally help. The guy who helped me was kind, but didn’t apologize for the wait so I’ll give 3 stars.

Let me tell you the truth about the team members here at America’s Tires.. They treated me like I was some celebrity, as soon as I drove up I was kindly greeted as if they knew me in another life, Team members are totally professional, I brought two New Tires to be balanced and mounted, and a tire pressure sensor replaced.. The quote was so reasonable I thought they were joking..I was in and out before the estimated time frame they gave me! I honestly felt these guys here were faking it.. So I brought My wife’s car in the next day, Here we go again, they greeted me and treated me so nice, I was looking for a hidden camera somewhere? You don’t find this kind of Customer Service at tire shops in Riverside! Come to America’s Tire and see and feel that thing they call Customer Service!

My low tire pressure light came on after driving in 115° heat so I was attempting to go to a gas station to add air to all my tires but thought maybe I should have them checked to be safe since I still had an hour drive left. I looked up a tire shop and found American tire In a convenient location of the freeway. I went inside the shop and they said I didn’t even have to get out of my car, They have a gentleman that checks the tire pressures in the back of their shop and can help. What?!?So awesome! After waiting only a few minutes in line Michael found the issue-all my tire pressures were fine at 39 except for a new tire that was replaced due to a nail recently, it was 49. Michael deflated the ear to a safe number for me, this was free service and greatly appreciated. Thank you American tire for getting me back safely on my drive with my teenagers. I highly recommend this place, they are friendly, fast and very knowledgeable!

Customer service has really gone down at this store. What's the point buying tires online and setting an appointment when they can't follow through. I had to call to see if they had the tires, then they didn't, then the did, then they didn't. Plus they didn't torque the lugnuts on my RV tires to the proper setting when brought it last time for a rotation. Time to find another tire store.

I Just wanted to give a positive review and share a great experience I had at American tire on Merrill Ave In Riverside ca. I had a flat tire and literally had to walk a half a mile to get it fixed to this location. Luckily the exit I got off at was close to this facility. I called and was lucky enough to speak with Edgar U. He quickly notified me over the phone that he had the tire size I needed. Once I arrived I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Edgar literally went out of his way to replace the tire on his own even though it appeared he was working the front counter. He knew I was in a rush and he quickly finished the job. Hopefully one of his managers reads this. Please give this man a raise asap! He is an asset to your company and deserves it. Thank you Edgar U! You made my terrible day, Much better. Thanks again

I'm a Discount Tire customer but happened to be in Riverside, CA. with time to kill. I stopped in to get my tires rotated without an appointment, and they got me in and out very quickly. Great customer service.
