There is a reason this location has a 4.5 rating as the service and level of professionalism is top notch. I purchased my tires and scheduled an appointment online. I was met with courtesy and y vehicle was ready well ahead of schedule. I appreciate there was upsell.

I had a very bad experience I asked for somebody to speak Spanish the guy speak fluent Spanish and then he said that he speaks a little bit so I left and I took my business someplace else thank you for for being very kind The kid that was helping me out it was Hispanic and he’s big fluent Spanish and then he said that he didn’t speak any any Spanish that’s very little so I left I felt discriminated. PS; I’m Taking My Business someplace else thank you for discriminating me.🫤🫤🫤🫤

Ordered my tires on a Tuesday night and by Thursday lunchtime I receive a call confirming my tires have arrived to this store and were awaiting me for my Friday appointment. Upon arriving, my appointment was at 8, arrived right on the money. There were already people waiting around understandably so. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in but once I did. Smooth saying from there. Got the new tires on there mounted and balanced. I also love that more and more, their stores are offering alignment services and they're free! You only pay once they confirm you need it and tell them to do the service. As it turns out, my brother's 505,000 mile CRX definitely needed it and they explained which adjustments were possible and which weren't just for the simple fact there were so many components that are completely worn out on that car but they were able to dial in the toe on the wheels and get that steering wheel nice and straight to compliment the new struts I recently installed front and rear along with new upper and lower ball joints and tie rod ends. And heck at $89.99 for the alignment service, not too bad in my opinion. Great stuff as always! The CRX drives very nice now! Thank you all!

Same day service and the installers were fantastic. The guy selling the tires was a sheister. He added additional warranty fees without mentioning word one about them. I hate it when salespeople do that. I had him remove the fees and basically didn’t trust anything the guy told me after he pulled that nonsense. I needed a new lug nut which he flat out said wasn’t possible. The installers grabbed one and gave it to me with a smile.

I've come here for 1 cheap tire and I've come here for set of Toyo All terrain tires. All the prices are published online. The service has always been exceptional, staff super friendly especially to my young son. He loves hot wheels and spotted some sitting on a window sill in the service bay. 2 separate employees gifted him cars. As for the bad review about a females being over charged that's a load of manure. Unless you can prove the price gouged above their published price or if you mean value added services which are all optional. We opted for the warranties and lifetime rotations because my wife has a commute and requires extra protection and care for expensive tires. I was in the car business for decades and have had dozens of personal cars and hundreds of dealer cars and been to countless autoshops. The location is far from unfair. In fact probably the most honest I've been to.

I want to believe that I'm fair in my ratings. I don't bash businesses, because I KNOW everyone is really just trying their best. BUT, what I despise is overcharging customers because they are females, appear vulnerable and clueless. How would you feel if this was your wife, your mom, or your sister? Now, do better. I'm giving 1-star for the ease of online appointments booking, and 1-star for the speed of check-in and my tire being examined by someone. Other than that, 0-integrity, 0-honesty. I understand it's a business and you have to make money, but not this way brother!

This place tries to overprice everything. Had a rep sit there and tell me my back tires were worst than my popped tire and try to upsale me and make me get all brand new tires even though my other 2 tires were basically brand new and bought 3 months ago. Then they had installation fees ontop of the tires. This is my one and only time coming but never again. It was a emergency and just not worth it. Wouldnt recommend

Came down here cause I had a slow leak tire and angle and Edgar help me out he said he'll give me a use tire for free cause he couldn't fix my tire. This place is amazing I'll come here again in the future Great service Angel and Edgar. Thank you very much both of y'all.

( you lost your 5 star ) America's Tire sit down … your company is going downhill quickly especially in Southern California. Your managers are liars , the techs too. We buy warranties on top of your over priced tires and are told 4.5 hour wait times for a nail patch ? Come on …. This has happened multiple times .. EVEN WITH AN APPOINTMENT I get pushed back an hour or so .. Last time my truck and trailer were in , I waited 2.5 hours with an appointment to fix one flat, asked for air in all tires and rotation. Came out y’all didn’t even touch the damn truck LIED to me then had the audacity to tell me if I wanted air in my flat tire I’d have to go in your air line around the building in the front FIX YOUR DAMN AIR LINE. If you service larger vehicles you MUST have working equipment to complete the services ( another 45 minute wait ) A lot of your customers are commercial business owners .. we can’t afford to take hours out of our day so you can fix something we can do ourselves but don’t due to fear of our warranty being voided . 🚨here’s a cute sales trick they try : you’ll hear it multiple times if you go there enough. “ sorry we don’t have your tire in stock . We can get it here tomorrow or the next day ( knowing good and well you must have the tire now ) we can upgrade you for an additional cost . Happens every single time …

Quick and fast service especially when you make an appointment. I can’t say all branches are the same but this one is my only go to branch to get my car serviced. The second location on Compton St. Corona did routine balancing and rotation but as soon as I drove off, something felt wrong. I brought the car to this location. And surely the balancing wasn’t done properly. Keep up the great work!

I moved to California 15 years ago and this is the only place I have taken my three cars for tires. They are professional and helpful. My last two visits dealing with tire problems involving my car had me working with "Freddie" at the Riverside store. He was polite, very helpful and patient in addressing all my concerns and questions. He helped me look at the best financial options without compromising concerns I had since I use the car to drive my daughter around. If Freddie helps you there, you will not be disappointed and will leave with a good experience. I highly recommend him and this store.
